Healthcare shouldn't be for profit. If an insurance provider makes over 500million after expenses they should be required to refund people.

@@HairynosedWombat163ah well, there was the time Ursula van der Leyden, president of the EU, was first in the greeting line for an African leader. He totally ignored her, walked past her as though she was not there, and on to President Macron and the third man, greeted them with handshakes and smiles. The following meeting Mme van der Leyden was excluded and ignored, while Macron and the other guy did their big boy business.
They didn’t stand up for her.
But on the other hand, she didn’t just quietly remove herself from the couch she was isolated to, and walk out leaving the boys to do their business, then figure oh gee we need her to sign off on something.

I work in supply chain, importing food, in an American company. We pay the US government, specifically Customs and Border Patrol, for tariffs. Then we pass the cost to our customers, generally grocery stores and other food companies. We have no choice. It's an increase in costs. We don't make enough profit to just absorb huge cost increases like that. The food we import is not produced in USA, or not enough is available here, to avoid using those countries' products. Get ready for higher costs on food and other necessities. Thanks MAGA.

Went to the Dachau concentration camp today and so many parallels today to the 1930-1940’s. Scary times.

@ Quite the opposite. The parallels to what was happening in 1933 Germany and what is happening in the US today are disturbing. If you can pull yourself away from Melanie’s new book to educate yourself you may find it interesting. Don’t forget your Kool Aid.

Let's make "Jury Nullification" the word of the year.
Make sure every person in the US know it and what it means.

    Stephen forgot Schenectady.
And in fact, 'Stephen forgot Schenectady' would be a great name for a rock band.

And Chalmont, good luck properly pronouncing it…
Here’s a hint, it is alliterative to Schenectady…
