This was my first time in Northeast of India,
From the past few years I’ve been hearing about the “Ziro Music Festival” that happens every year around this time as September & October are harvest time of the year in Ziro.
This year because of the Covid-19 & Nation wide lockdown the Ziro music festival was cancelled.
Now with the relaxations in the lockdown,
We set out to explore the hidden beauties of Arunachal Pradesh.

I have 3 questions. Please help me if possible.
1) Is the ILP(inner line permit) still required.. and if so, did you applied online for that or on arrival.
2) Is zero festival still on?
3) How about the network speed? Is it good enough for remote work.

1. ILP can be taken online.
2. This year Ziro festival is not happening.
3. Network is intermittent however I faced no specific issue.
