This is fantastic. Yet another example of how down-to-earth this band is. I love these guys and they are flying the flag of Metal. Every band should aspire to be this humble, while playing excellent music.
I agree - there are a lot of negative and mean dick heads in the Metal World, that I detest. I say that as a Metal fan.

This is Chris talking about how the scene can be mean, toxic, and burn you out many years before he left the band. It seems he finally had enough back around 2018.

These guys seem cool, they go against the stereotype that people in Metal bands are just dicks. Great band and talented musicians
To the contrary, many famous musicians have had to bust their fucking ass to get anywhere in the music industry. These guys clearly got very lucky, but saying "stop playing for money and do it just for love and shit will fall into your lap" is a bit disingenuous, and anyone who sees that and takes it as gospel may never reach the potential they could have if they had pushed for it. I love L.o.G , but fuck that shit doesn't work for everyone

yes i agree with them metal is the reason for playing in the band !! fuck popularity that come2nd ,1st metal and family(including the fans ) 2rd girls and money 1st makes up 98% of why they keep doing it and now a days you don't get laid by metal metal stars have wife's for two reason : love and sex ;)
