    For me it's the corded andis that motor blade is unmatched,plus it doesn't give me razor bumps

    From what I remember people would skeleton them to try and stop them from getting so hot and overheating 🤷‍♂️

    You could just need to adjust the tension screw on the cordless t outliners (the big fifth screw in the middle top on the the back of the trimmer) works in the same way as the one inside the original outliner. Just instead of an arm pushing against the blade it’ll pull it in closer to the body of the trimmer

    Great breakdown. Im not even a barber, but i have like 3 trimmers. Seems like the corded andis always still hit better. I thought it was a mental thing because i've used them so long. But the points you bring up make me fell better about what I thought.

    I cut/skeletonized my old corded one because it would get too hot to the point where it burns the fingers.

      The cordless ones don’t get as hot, so it might be time to make the jump if you haven’t already

    After your great review I want a Andis corded magnetic motor, do all Andis t outliner corded models have magnetic motors. Thanks

      They get hot quicker if you use them for a long period of time: my GTX has really grown on me over the last year. ALSO The Stylecraft Instinct trimmer has a thing called a “Vector Motor” which in my opinion is the best motor available in a wireless clipper

      @@barberslounge I know and thank you for that. I'm ordering the Andis gtx evo to shave my self my beard at home, I would have liked to have a machine with cable and that has a skeleton body like the cordless

    • @barberslounge
      @barberslounge  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ehhh, I wouldn’t say so. They have their upsides. But if you have a smooth working BaByliss, stay with it

    U should get the babyliss trimmer mod for the cordless ts. They cut like a champ and i skeletoned them like the cordless gtx.

  • @amadeus5403
    @amadeus5403 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Andis make u work too hard because u have do a lot of work adjusting them to make them cut correctly. I prefer the babyliss fx skeleton; fine teeth for close bald lines and high rpm(7200) motor for power.
