My dad use to go to the Hamburg show before I was born and he said that you could literally go and buy a cobra for $200!! Can’t wait to go the Richmond reptile expo in a couple months!!
I seen some gorgeous snakes 🐍 iv been wanting to get one for a long time but I don’t know nothing about taking care of one iv been wanting a banana clown of sorts
Ball pythons are amazing with all the colors and morphs. they are pretty good beginner Snake. in the future soon I will be making a video for ball pythons their pros and cons how to take care of them.
Hi. Total I am new to the hobby or want to be. I want either a bearded dragon, a gecko, or a tree frog. Are these allowed in pa? I tried to look it up but the wildlife website is crazy to try and understand. Like if i want a dart frog can i have one? Do i need permits for any of these animals?
State wise no, but you have to check your county and city ordnance on animals. It usually more for big pythons or venomous snakes though. I'd say you're probably okay. Pa is really lax when it comes to owning exotics. They usually are only worried about someone keeping native animals.
Thanks for the walk through of the reptile show. Did the venomous snake vendor say you did or did not need a license to keep venomous snakes. Seems a little dangerous to not need one to show you have proper enclosures and such.
The guy with the black cases around 4:00, you said he had a bunch of nice lizards. Do you remember who they were? I couldn't catch a name unless I missed it.
sorry.most of these breeders didn't even have their business card or placker out. but i will be at the philadelphia expo on the 3/25 . if i see them i'll get more info

They are venous not poisonous. Venom is injected where as poison is not.
