Nmbano 🙂This is magnificent all my solicitation towards the arrival of our ogbontia akufo addo on the red carpet in our independence day its truly spectacular & splendid hit like if u agree wit moi....🍁
It's glad to see such a colorful celebration of ghana's 63rd anniversary of self rule. For independence I don't know how old we are.. Aside parading, I think, a day like this or two should be programmed to ; .. debate, .. do lectures ..collect ideas, projects on the future of the country. If independence means depending mostly on our production we've to admit that there is a lot to be done. If we continue to barter our land ressources for infrastructure it means in near future we would remain dependent on foreigners for everything but the ressources may have been depleted. PROGRESS comes by DOING.
@@emikinc Don't waste your time my dear. With such people in Ghana..Ghana has a long way to go. This shows how paramount education is in developing a country ...smh
To all those who are here condemning the event and describing it as useless and foolish let me ask ooo. So knowing very well that it is a foolish and useless event yet taking all your precious time as a wise person to watch this foolish and useless event what does that make you? Answer give yourselves wai. Too knowing people.
Ghana at this time lacks visionary patriotic progressive transformational leadership to help modernized economic social facial infrastructures that the nation critical needs to grow for self.
Are there no better commentators in Ghana? This pair is a joke! Your media houses should be ashamed for sending two inept broadcasters on such an important assignment.
I am NOT a PESSIMIST.......But it is absolutely NEEDLESS to celebrate our independence....63 yrs now...What have we had?...Those who attained independence after us have GONE AHEAD and left us behind.....ie....MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, INDONESIA etc....... Our kids still have schools under trees, communities with no portable water, dilapidated roads....even in KUMASI where we are celebrating.......STEALING, CORRUPTION, MALFEASANCE........ARE WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED.......WHAT A PARADOX.....
I agree with you 200%. You are among the few who see things differently. You are not a pessimist, you are a big thinker!!!! I hope all Ghanaians will think like you, not those mediocre people who are content with the little they have.
Concerned African what have you done for the progress of this nation? Whom do you expect to do all that ? Ain’t you ashamed living in America and degrading your motherland ? BOLD TO DEFEND FOREVER THE COURSE OF FREEDOM AND OF RIGHT
I think is waste of money celebrating what we called independent day, matterfact what are we celebrating? What have we Archive through all this 63 years? When all civilized countries are cancelling mass gathering events because of the Corona Virus Pandemic, we have a president who does not care, but is only interested in pomp and pageantry. No wonder the diplomatic corps wisely stayed away. Hmmmm, that is Ghana and Ghanaians for you. So apathetic!!!
Bow your head down in shame for calling other nations civilized ahead of your motherland . *Pessimistic : our lives are not in the hands of those you call civilized but they creator Himself
What are u celebrating? No schools, no good running water, no hospital equipments (not even hospital Ed’s), no lights), no jobs for the youth, corrupt leaders and system, the list will go on and on. So what is there to celebrate. Eyeasemooo. I really don’t know what the celebration is for.
