Thank you, you are the only person I could find online that actually demonstrates how to take this apart. I have one but we have left it open so long I needed a re tutorial on how to collapse it.
I almost considered buying this wagon, but after this video, I doubt I will buy it. Not because it's not a good wagon, but because it's more massive (height wise) than I thought. When compared to other double decker wagons, it seems as if Ozark simply doubled the height of this wagon, where-as other wagons were designed with just enough height on the bottom to store two chairs, which is what I generally carry with me. I almost never collapse my wagon and like to pull it out of my vehicle with almost everything loaded into it. And due to the height of this wagon, I would not be able to do that. I do like the fact that they made the wagon longer which would allow you to fit most foldable chairs in it and still be able to close the lift gate, which was a concern. I have the original version of this wagon and love it. I created a custom 5 fishing rod holder to sit on the backside of it using a piece of angle aluminum, flat aluminum, 2 inch and 1.5 inch PVC pipes from home depot. I simply alternated the sizes and the height for every other one so the reels don't bump into each other.
Top bass has Aluminum frame, I put alot heavy stuff on top no Wear & tear what so ever. What are you looking to put on top? Cushion for kids no, It's all hard aluminum frame beside top fabric liner I showed in video
Does the middle section not click down on this cart for you and stay secure? Mine won't seem to click and I have to have weight on top of the folding plates piece to hold it down. If I take the weight off the middle section starts rising again.
The middle section on mine doesn't clamp down either I do know there's a Belt buckle clip on bottom tray Not sure whats it used for? But yes I do the same I put weight on the top tray in the center to hold in down in place. I use mine for Fishing as stated in the video so it's work perfect!
The middle will stay down. All you have to do is tighten the buckle on the bottom carrier as tight as possible for the top of the wagon to stay "secure" and locked into place. No weight or anything extra is needed to keep the wagon secure. I had initially gotten upset because I thought I was going to have to send my wagon back! But it is so worth it 😩😩 I hope that helps.

@@shorelinefishingmafia6133 thank you, i didnt know that. I appreciate all the info.
Hi, does the top section have a metal base under the fabric to allow for heavy objects. Additionally, is there a cushion to allow for child seating?

Does anyone know what the side clip that turns around is used for? It looks like you run a strap through it.
Ok. Now put it back in the box. 🤦♀️
