Hi there. I'm thinking about the Explorer K2 or Excursion K2 Pro. I've only known of the two-seater K2 Pro and only recently found out about the one-seater K1Pro. Thank you very much for your review, and I look forward to seeing your review on the lake. I love fishing too. Again, thank you from B.C, Canada.
Hey there bro! Was wondering do you know the dimensions of the kayak when it’s packed? I’m looking at using it when I travel and seeing if it would fit in a main bag that goes in the cargo hold. I saw dimensions online but still not sure if that’s for the box it comes in and if the carry bag is smaller than that. Thanks! Also did you test it out yet? How’s it going 😎
@@colebertasso8601 if you really try u can get it down to a medium duffle bag, I have had it on the water and it paddles well, has great stability, I'm not good at folding them, I put it in a medium sized tote. Only downside is a slight breeze makes it a pain to paddle bit that's with any inflatable
@@colebertasso8601 Thank you for your kindness. I don't have a big automobile, but I'm not particularly worried about dimensions. Now that my dog has cancer, a lot of things I had planned are on hold. I really wanted to put her in a kayak and go fishing and such on the lake. Once again thank you for your kindness. And I'm looking forward to your video on the Lake!
Great vid. Thinking of getting the K1. Do you still endorse it? Have you had any new issues since this video was made. I'm 6' 2" and weigh 216 with additional 5lbs of gear. Do you think the K1 can handle that? Looking forward to response. Thanks so much!
I'm not sponsored or anything but I truly stand behind it, I got a leak in it (my fault) by beaching it on a sharp Rock, a little shoo goo layer and it's still holding up 5 months later, im now 6'3 and 200lbs and I would carry 50lbs of gear if I had that much, I'm still very happy with it
Is there enough storage space? I dont know should I order k1 or k2. For some weekend trips also, so I need some place for some gear...Im tall 5,9 foot but only weight like 130 pounds myself. But I need place for my hiking gear
Hey I'm sorry I'm late to reply, now there is enough room, but the weight capacity may be an issue, if you plan on carrying a lot of gear I would recommend the Intex excursion k2 kayak, it's made the same way just a bit larger...
@@codyakfishing8856 okay, thank u for the reply! I might go for k2 then, even if then Its bit bigger too to move around when inflated. 100kg weight limit is small tho...
It's a 3 layer polyester and vinyl material, on a few trips I'm sure it would hold up but to be safe I would honestly lay down a towel or something for a layer of protection
Hey, please told me. You lock like a big guy and this boat is for 100 kg of weight. People and inklude all gear. How many mass have you drive this boat? MfG...
I'm larger than avarage, I don't know kilos but I know pounds, I'm 6'3 200lbs and have no problems with this kayak, and yes the wieght I mentioned is everything
The load capacity is 100kg, that is you and your gear included, I just looked it up and I'm 90kg, so it has more than enough capacity, you will run out of room in this kayak before you exceed the capacity
8:35 thanks for sharing that info 👍 good to know for first timers
Nice video...I ordered one a few days ago, still waiting! Thanks for the info.👍
Np, hope it helped u out
@@codyakfishing8856 It helped....I actually thought it was 220lbs plus gear. 👍 Thanks again.
Np, I know that's what it says but I believe it can handle more
Getting mine in the mail today. If i really like it i think im going to buy the two person one as well
Very nice, that's how I got mine, hope you like it man they are a lot of fun
Great review and very informative. Thanks!
Just ordered the kayak. I apricate the close up of the material and writings on the kayak.
Np, I'm glad it helped u

I can't imagine the k2 being all that heavy, defiantly lighter than the plastic ones
How tough is the floor material? Would a dog's claws puncture it?

hi, how much pressure in the tubes, please?
About 1 to 1.5 psi, not very much but the thickness of the vinyl material makes the kayak feel sturdy
