It’s crazy to me how accessible top tier athletes allow themselves to be these days. It’s inspirational seeing how time, energy, and raw effort is required to be truly elite.
Ig you can’t rly be the best if you’re hiding the things that make you the best. It’s a fair play to let your rivals know what you’re doing, cuz that what’s when the real test of who’s fastest happens.
Fun fact: _…in the early beginnings Noah was a high jumper…_ Now American record holder of 200 and 3rd all time. This is one of the proofs you can do what you want if you really want it!
I'd love to get more detail on the warm-up routine as I've definitely seen the impact from quality of warm-up for myself and really want to get down an effective routine.
@@charleslockwood7830 Too old... don't chase pipe dreams. It's too competitive at the top level that taking 5 years off is professional suicide in TAF.
I'M Interested in the German technology- mostly force/ power output each stride. Very interesting. The power should continue to go up- each step is very intentional. I pray God continues to show you His favor and anoint you and give you more power, speed, and endurance to race this race God has for you.
I'm a sophomore and just ran a 7.82 at my first meet, but I know I could've ran faster. I got hand times at 7.4 at my fastest, which would've been like a 7.6 tech timed. Thanks for the motivation. I'm hoping to get a 7.4 by the end of this year 😁😁.
Hey Noah Lyles, I was wondering how many times a day do you run, because I’m thinking about changing my tactics from evening to both “evening and morning”, only if it will benefit me more
Winderful thoughts Sir! In starting, the music was so loud and hard to listen youŕ voice. Please turn the background music little down so, we can actually listen with actual details and feelings. ❤🙏😊
What’s the point of no block starts? Just curious. I am wondering if they are impacting your driving face. Since you are planing to focus in 100m as well I don’t think you can afford to develop technique which has 0 benefit to your drive. Tyson use to react as well as Asafa and end up a step back by 10th stride. You guys have or had the same coach if I am not mistaking. Forgot to mention Spearman’s horrendous start.
Continue pumping these videos out Lyles!
YES!
Agreed
Bet.

ライルズ選手の大ファンです!
自分も陸上をやっているので
いつかライルズ選手といっしょに走ってみたいです😊
Love the motivation and desire to be better everyday. Can't wait to see what you do in 2023!
Thank you!
One of my track idols, I love the sport and this is motivation for me thanks.❤
Keep it up!
A lot of people don't realize how much other stuff gets done besides just the pure running practice. Warm ups, stretches, cool down etc.
Couldn't hear a word. The 'background' music was the star of this vid 😅
Appreciate the realness of this vid. Would love to see a full vid of your warm up
to be honest wsnt sold on you at first...but man this guy won me offer and am a crazy fan now. even listen to his music. all the best 2023

Rad ethic and beautiful stride! Can't wait to see you crush in Eugene, OR!

But noah will tell what he trains everyday🫡
Haven't ran professionally in 5 years but now at 22 I feel like I'm too old to get back to competing. You're an inspiration man....keep up the work

Grassroots is what I've been wanting to see. You are my ICON bro!
One of NC best. Tri city Relays AAU coach and Glenn HS Coach
Youre my favorite trackstar Noah
and imma do track at school cos youre my icon
the legend himself
Solid vid. Are the subtitles auto generated because some of them are wrong. It says "me" instead of "meet" and "dry phase" instead of "drive phase"
Thought the same. You can't do an official subtitling for a track video and call it dry phase. Must have hired someone on fiverr.
Титанический труд, наше восхищение и поддержка
Great stuff Lyles you inspire me
Thank you for posting this.
Keep it up king!
I'm the 100th replying I think. Keep going bro🔥💪🏻

Can we have the videos of the training? 🔥
You truly do love practice lol
I would like to know if you have any exercises to increase the initial speed at the start.
Hey Noah, curious what those glasses your wearing are called. They look 🔥
Great content
Nice brother
@NOAH LYLES WHAT ARE SOME OF THE SPEED WORK OUTS DAY? IF YOU DON MIND SHARING
Yo, try to turn the music of the volume down when you are talking so that the audio is clearer. Watching your 19.31 was hype during the world champs
Nice content bro!
Yo Noah. What are like 3 spikes that you prefer for the 400m?
Great traim yoh...
at 0:37, is that Ms Lückenkemper, Germany/ Munich 2022 100m Champion?
Yes, she is also a part of the pure athletics group
This was with a meet on Sunday? Does that mean you did a full workout only two days away from a meet? (Since this is posted Dec 16 a Friday)

Do you still do laps or just bands and drills?
Who is your idol?
Lit
Noah I would love to see what your diet is. I struggle with my diet during track season. I never know if what I’m eating is good or not.
He has a video for that. It’s called meet my chef
What kind of times do you run first 30m without reaction time
Do you know what the speed tracker is called? Imma have to cop to track my progress nd workouts
when starting a race which leg should be in front when starting.
Please tell us sprinting technique, 🙏🙏
This is good. My tio is to lower the music volume. It’s diffucult to hear you.
How many times a week
Whats going on with Gina Luckenkemper Noah?
