What's this Kenya's obsession with people like Njugush being slim? This so, so much healthier! I'm on the slender side, looked more like Njuguna most of my younger days. But whenever people would comment about my weight my wonderful father would gently shut them down with, "mwari wakwa ti mburi ya gicegu." or something like that. Not to be mean, but fat or overweight people (unfortunately today Kenya's filled with them), causes diabetes & cancer, which result in early death. Lean/thin people live longer! Google it. Njugush, don't succumb to pressure. And btw I think you, your beautiful wife & baby make a fantastic family. You're an inspiration as a couple & family. May you continue to be blessed. xo
