That 1954-S is a wrpm-004 for sure!
There's four different varieties on the 1965 Canadian penny. Any combination of large or small beads and blunt or pointed 5.

There's an inverted S variety on some dates,like 1946.

The 47-S cent the "S" looks like it's doubled or re-punched.
