I understand because I am in the wilderness too, but God is in the wilderness, He is with His chosen no matter what the circumstances. What a great witness professor to dear Stephens sermon. What must Paul have suffered for what he had given approval to, acts 8:1 when he understood the truth. Those Jews who are still denying that Yeshua is their savior must open their eyes and their ears and their hearts before it is too late.

    • @kekeboj8476

@@adamdoyle8434 The Christian Bible basically consists of the Hebrew Bible plus what is commonly known as the new testament, which is the gospels and a collection of letters from the apostles. Jesus and the apostles never quoted the NT simply because it didn’t exist in their time. The teaching of Jesus and the apostles was altogether derived from the Hebrew Bible. Jesus is the Messiah and the fulfillment of the purpose of all the Scriptures. That is the basic Christian belief. ”And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” This is a quote from Acts. It means it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. Hope you find this helpful. There is much good teaching from ”One for Israel” and other sources for example Baruch Korman or Dr Michael Brown. God bless you

Grateful for Dr. Seth's heart for Yeshua! Thanks for this teaching! ❤️ Laying down our lives for our Jewish brothers, pleading to God for our brothers, as Moses, Paul, Stephen did, as Yeshua our Messiah did. Ownership is one thing, and exteme ownership is another. This has been hard for me to grasp. After watching this, I was encouraged. Then my friend Johnny Tat said, we cant understand this unless we understand the love for Jews... Then we can understand why Moses, Paul, Stephen- did what they did. Then we can understand why it has to be this way, why our Messiah had to suffer immensely on the cross for our sins. Yeshua said, that is the greatest love, to lay down our lives for our brothers. Even when they persecute us.

I got chills listening to this. From perspective of foreign Christian, I had trouble reconciling Paul's writing with Mosaic Laws. How did Paul suddenly claim that the Mosaic Law wasn't made so you can keep it but to show that you need the Messiah? Now, listening to Dr. Seth, I gain new revelation in this area. Paul didn't make up a new doctrine. His doctrine was prophesized by Moses and other prophets. Moses wrote that the Israel will break the Sinai covenant after they drank the wealth of the lands. They forsook God after they got rich, because they never had the Lord as their God in the first place.

Plus Jesus left us His teachings and spirit. Here is to quencher. We still do today what the Israelites did back then. We sin the very same way and worst because there is more knowledge as the teachings go on. We are no better today. We are sinners everyday!

What's absolutely crazy about this 2 part series, is that I, also, have been seeing and studying the parallels between Jesus and Moses. Especially since I just Deutoronomy. Only in the first 15 verses, you see Moses receiving The Law, from HE, who is the TRUE and PROPER Law Giver, Expositor/Exegete, AND The ONLY ONE, who fulfilled The Law because it was the very tangible reflection of his character and attributes.. in other words, the only one qualified. In addition, I think another VERY interesting point in Moses, is the relationship between Moses and GOD. The LORD SPECIFICALLY states that Moses is not like any prophet. (Numbers 12: 6-8). What's interesting about this relationship between Moses and Jesus, in this mouth to mouth, or face to face relationship, as the text states.... is the same language utilized when The Apostle John describes The LOGOS and the relationship of The LOGOS to GOD, as HE IS GOD and yet distinction is made. AND The LOGOS/WORD also has a face to face or mouth relationship with THE FATHER. In other words, The eternal Son and His relationship with The Father is expressed or mirrored w/ Moses. There's so much more, this doesn't even scratch the surface. I was beyond encouraged in hearing the connection with Stephen and I never looked at his sermon as an exegesis to his accusers who claimed to be Kosher and follow Torah. MIND BLOWN! I praise The LORD for you gentlemen and your ministry. Thank you for your faithfulness and servitude to The ONE TRUE LIVING GOD, OUR TRIUNE GOD, FATHER, SON, AND HOLY SPIRIT! TO HIM BE THE GLORY AND HONOR! 🙌

@@carolindalancaster7334 Respectfully, you don't know what you're talking about. So many people read the scriptures and proof text, trying to put scripture against scripture. The entire Bible is a collection of books and it is harmonious from Genesis to Revelation. That being said, you are taking this passage out of its entire context and misapplying it. JESUS is YHWH INCARNATE, THE ETERNAL SON, ETERNALLY BEGOTTEN BY THE FATHER.

@@redeemed354 YESHUA as GOD in flesh is scriptural and correct indeed ! However, the sonship will have an end. But let us not go further into our different understanding and press on to becoming more and more intimate with our Father, in the understanding of the Torah coupled with our circumcised hearts. Abundant blessings and Shavua Tov..

@@carolindalancaster7334 There's nothing wrong with dailogue. I'm simply defending the position that The Son is eternal and that scripture explicitly makes that clear. If The Son is not eternal, as you say, then he had a beginning... and if he had a beginning, then he was created, and if he was created then He could not be GOD. Following your position to its logical conclusion doesn't line up with what scripture says about The Son.
      John 1:1-3, 14, 18
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
      John 1:1‭-‬3 ESV
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. (Reference to MOSES)
      John 1:14 ESV
No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father’s side, he has made him known.
      John 1:18 ESV
In conclusion, if The Son is not eternal, then who appeared to Abraham, Moses, Hagar and so many others?

      @@redeemed354 Amen to that
Plus God cannot be "loving" from all eternity if He had no one to love. But with the Son being eternal that solves everything. We have a Lover, a Loved One and a Spirit of Love hence the Trinity :)

I often wondered why Aaron turned his back on God while Moses went to meet with God. We will always fail when left on our own. Steven relied on his relationship with Jesus for guidance not the priesthood. Yep this is at least my second time with this lesson. Thanks again.

Very well done - and I especially liked the way Moses was rightly portrayed as a minister of the New Covenant - the restoration of the image of God that Adam had forfeited - the everlasting covenant. All humanity from Adam forward must choose between trying to do it our way - and failing - or allowing God to do it in us - restoring His image within. I appreciated the presentation - thank you.

Amazing points gentlemen!! Another point I considered is that [along with your ten] both Joseph and Moses were restored to their families after being cut off from them in captivity or adoption. And if they are a precursor or preview of Jesus then perhaps this identifies that one day Jesus's family will be restored to him, wholly. He seemed to leave the holy spirit and the many instructions to care for one another as the church with the end goal of reunion.
