It always strikes me how you Solve vertually any mechanical obstacles that come youre way!!! Ive watched you for years and Never seen you stumped!!😅 Never ever! Ive worked with Engineers, that could not find their ass with Both hands😂!! Always loved your channel.. 😊😊
Dear billholemo 👍👌👏 Exactly what I think every time I watch a video on this channel. I'm also a long time subscriber. Usually I get extremely cautious if somebody says "No problem" often (especially in the real world). But Johnathan W. is the on big exception: He says it, he means it and he solves absolutely every (technical) problem. And he powers through! Additionally he is a very, very decent person. Best regards, luck and health in particular.
I had to laugh out loud at your comment that you are way beyond wishing that you never started the rollback project and wanted to move back to the mountains of WV. I thoroughly appreciate your sense of humor.
That rollback is starting to look like it's supposed to look. I like the way you think the problems through from the perspective of a man that uses the equipment and has seen the issues a bad build causes. I am glad you have a helper there to keep it moving along. All the best to you and yours.
The best part of your vids is listening to you figure out your work as you think about it. I don’t know why but I can follow you everytime I see it. “Alright folks…..” makes me smile.
Every remark shows that you don’t just know general technical stuff but your extensive practical experience. Bet you could help the companies producing towing vehicles make the perfect machine. But then they’d never make money on repairs and maintenance anymore..
Such a great job you're doing on that bed. You got a lot a lot of work but man as it look great!! You do such incredible work!! It was great to see the Help come to work with you!!!! All the best from Canada
I laughed out loud the way you led us into the joke If we we're wondering if you thought you should have bought a new bed. "I'm not a that point yet. I'm way beyond that" 😂
I love watching John's videos when he builds towtrucks I think they are his best videos and his videos when he goes and saves old cars they are good too
Question 1: How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time Question 2: How do you get rid of an iceberg? one sno-cone at a time Many of us have been up to our ass in alligators, and many more have given up the ship. That WON'T be what ole JW does, folks. This is gonna be one real fine piece of equipment-and really unique too.
Is mechanical genius a term? If so, this man is it. I first found this channel because he was building hot rods. He is so much more. Thank you, Jonathan.
That's a big job, I totally know how you feel about wanting to quit when you're cutting everything up, and feeling better when it starts going back together. Been there many times myself. It will be a great rig, you are doing everything right, good work my friend.
It looks great, and a TON of work. I wish I was local to you, as I do have the skills for the work. Flipping those rails was absolutely the right call. Your gettin" it!!! DUBS,,,,,
It will get better. It can't get worse. 🙂 I love that statement. I'm always surprised at what kind of projects you dare to take on. I love your attitude. Keep up the great work man!
God bless you , Jonathan ! I have no idea how much a bed like that costs today . But I do know , you probably won't fine one built as good as yours , for 3 times what they are charging . If that wasn't American made before , it sure is now ! WV didn't surprise me . That it took until last week , does . Laughed pretty hard on that one . As Always , pretty slick , & done right ! I'm just glad to see you post something . Take care , stay well , God bless you & yours , & we will catch you on the next one , JW .
The thing is, once it's together and out working, you'll feel much better. You'll know exactly what you have and every nook and cranny. It'll be a tough truck and it'll last for a long time. All good in business. 😀
Excellent video Johnathan W :) like it and super work to bed on Roll Back for International truck ! Happy St. Valentines Day to you and wife to and everyone!
You sir, are a hard working man who takes pride in what you do. However, I hope you take some time for yourself and family to relax and recharge your body and mind. God bless you and yours.😊
Well looking good Johnboy and you do great work and can't wait until it's finished and keep the videos coming and thanks for sharing your videos Johnboy.
Just like when I used to remodel old houses when I was younger. Always figure out how long it will take you and then multiply it by 10 for everything you run into when you open up the walls and run into the unexpected,
Instead of cutting the box at 0:33 just turn the pin around so it goes from the inside towards the outside. A lot less work. Also have you ever tried using a Plasma cutter instead of old fashioned torches? The cuts are more precise & you would use less expensive gas. Instead of refilling 1 tank oxygen & 1 tank acetylene(2 tanks total) you would only use 1 tank argon or oxygen. I have even read of people using compressed air. Something to think about.
I just watched a video from Halfassed Customs and he just acquired a machine that uses lasers to remove old rust and paint from metal, first time I've seen one of those, I think he got it from Amazon.
Hi Johnathan. Yes You Are . A Lot Of Work But You're Getting It Done Right! Shell Be Solid When You're Finished That's For Sure! I Be Following Along With You.
It always strikes me how you Solve vertually any mechanical obstacles that come youre way!!! Ive watched you for years and Never seen you stumped!!😅 Never ever! Ive worked with Engineers, that could not find their ass with Both hands😂!! Always loved your channel.. 😊😊
Don't give your Engineers, LUME! Save your $, just stay 6 feet away from them? Bad air.
Dear billholemo

Exactly LOL.
The "before" and "after" on this truck is going to be spectacular!
Jonathan's approach is to say not a problem! When most people would be stopped.but he has an amazing problem solving brain!! Great video
I love your Refuse To Lose Attitude! Ton of knowledge and wisdom…
You are the MAN! Go Mr. Jonathan.

You should see the welds they lay down at a shipyard!! But yes, Jonathan is doing a great job. He always does!!
