Antinatalism will never lead to extinction but in fact natalistlism will lead to overpopulation and lead to over consumption of resources and it will ultimately leads extinction. But antinatalist children will not suffer in this cruel world.

Thank you Tejas for another top video and for pushing through production despite the challenges! Greatly appreciate this series in keeping up-to-date with AN. Loved the larynx analogy 😄 Feel better soon!
Couple thoughts on the issue of extinction:
    1) Our species *is* going to go extinct someday. In the far future, our sun and planet will die and be destroyed, as will all other stars as the universe approaches heat death. But it seems to me more likely that we will go extinct much before then due to Earthbound crises. It is hubristic and ignorant of biological history and universal realities to think our species can persist forever. The only question is when and how we go extinct. Better to do so peacefully and painlessly than through cataclysmic catastrophe.
    2) The extinction of a species is the extinction of an abstract category. A "species" does not have feelings. Individuals do. The death of an individual is a much more pertinent "extinction" worthy of moral philosophical consideration. Natalism creates more and more of these "extinctions" while antinatalism reduces them. Also as far as an individual is concerned, everything ends after their death; they are oblivious as to whether the species goes extinct 50 years after their death or 50 million years after their death.

the brain and larynx analogy is also a good one to demonstrate the poor design for for those who say if indeed a god did it.

True, in fact that is the actual use of that analogy :)

Macron is right wing and getting more and more right with time, but yeah he is not far right like Orban or Trump. Macron was minister under the previous supposedly "leftist" government (under Hollande) so people sometimes make this mistake but his policies are clearly right wing especially since he came to power in 2017.

    *Left =/= progressive*
    Left ≈ seeking radical goals
    Progressive ≈ seeking improvement goals
