Another SUPER IMPORTANT tip for anyone reading this that don’t have access to the game yet: DONT connect to supercell ID at first. You see, characters are very hard to come by, especially epics, but there is a way to unlock the barbarian king easily. In world one, there is only 3 epics: the witch, AQ and BK. Witch is unlocked from squad journey and AQ from connecting SC ID, but BK can only be unlocked from chests. If you connect SC ID immediatly (giving you the archer queen), you will just get duplicate archer queens in all of your upcoming epic chests, but if you don’t claim neither her or the witch, you are guaranteed BK from your first epic chest, since there are no other things you can get from it. Afterwards you can claim you AQ and witch. I did this on my mini and it only took abt 30 minutes to get BK. Trust me when I say you DON’T wanna miss out on this as a new player. New epics from chests are rare asf and BK is one of the strongest units in the game Edit: It seems that a lot of people in the reply section are calling me out saying BK is easy to unlock anyways, so keep in mind they might have changed ut in the recent update so that you are scripted to unlocked BK. I still reccomend using this trick just in case though. It is not like you are missing out on anything by doing it

my tip is, goblins are great for quicker upgrades since they are FREE (they pay for themsevles early game and when paired with colt make a great mini tank) for any loot drop the chicken makes rushing resources, just merge 1 time then pick who ever you like afterwards medic pairs great with a melee heavy squad gl,hf
Just started playing the game. It’s a new experience from supercell, that’s for sure. But I don’t believe this game hold nearly as much potential as brawl stars and clash royale. The main issue for me is that the interactions between players arent engaging. You dont have to use mechanical play to get ahead in most of the fights, and it will rather put you at a disadvantage. And where mechanical play lacks, it should make up in strategic play. Although there is strategy in which squad you should/could run, there is too much visual clutter to make out on screen which chars you have. Also there arent many clear ways of staying/getting back into the game. This makes it really frustrating to play when you are down.

What I don't like about the game is the random troops you start with at the start of the game, like goblin or chicken or dynamite, like wth, I want barbarian or primo or colt, troops that deal good dps, not support, this allows others to either rush me or get ahead if me leaving me with a very slim to no chance at surviving
Goblin is a good start btw u get a free chest pretty much in 3 seconds and chicken start might help in some specific modes where the loot is all over and u need to run fast enough to collect early coins, colt is okish tho and even primo, support chars are much better earlier like greg to build easily, and mostly people don't rush in ur lane unless u provoke them, that's based on what I've seen and experienced, hope it helps!
Lucky for me I got BK early from an after battle chest so I will be able to connect Supercell ID now. If you do get BK early from a different chest than you can go ahead and connect your Supercell ID. I forgot to mention but if you pre registered, you get a free epic chest, so you should get BK early.
The next update needs to be allowing us to pick specific battle mods in a new game mode. I love giant trees, double trouble (the one where you get 2 characters per chest), and pinata party and I primarily want to play those. Also clans/friendly battles are a staple of supercell games so it's only a matter of time
Do not buy in-game currency or packs i did and never got what i paid for thankfully after many reports to Supercell i appealed to play store itself and managed to get my money back

Mark my words: This game will get people killed. It semes it is SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED to make people addicted and angry when playing. It seems to identify the type of player that would spend more money when losing in the game and it presents them with what seems to be "random" "luck based" situations that I think are perfectly programmed to push the player into playing more and spending more through making them lose on purpose. This game is bound to make people exit earth or hurt themselves. I have seen it personally already, there's a specific type of people that when playing this game end up in a misery spiral. Well adjusted functional people, and not only kids but fully grown adults over the age of their brain development. This game is the most evil game I have ever seen in the last 10 years and I'm including CSGo and the EA games that got into a class action lawsuit for doing things like these to manipulate player into paying to win. I know this comment will get banned or censored but please, we need computer engineers verifying the code of this game. We need law makers verifying the legality of this game. It would seem to be just a fun game for many people but for a percentage of players this game will be the difference between life and death and that's freaking disgusting.

A correction about the training thing: it actually has a time limit, i tried it, its like 5 minutes

It doesn't auto heal. You need to collect hearts use a heal spell, or have a medic or healer on your squad.

You can’t, it shows you a selection of characters you’ll bring before a match
