    Hi Michele, I'm Gudrun from Germany and I'm learning Hoopdance with your course since a few weeks and I enjoy it so much!! I found one movement called 'side to side slide' from a girl on youtube and it would be wonderful, if you would do a tutorial for it too! It's a bit similar to a continous K-roll... I hope you know it and can help me! And thank you so much for your teaching courses! Gudrun

    You make it looks so easy... how did you learn? And how long did it take to get that good?? I wanna be that good one day!

      Lots of practice! Daily practice for several years was the trick.

    Is There is a finger switch when the hoop comes up I your dominant hand?

    • @michelemccoy
      @michelemccoy  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not a finger switch bit the hoop is gliding in between your pointer finger and middle finger, this allows you to lift it up and let it K Roll back down!

    How tall are you and what size hoop are you using, 30"?

    • @michelemccoy
      @michelemccoy  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Everyone's perfect hoop size can be so different. It depends on so many things including your own unique type of flow and skill level. My current favorite size is a 5/8th 28" polypro. In my youtube channel I have a couple videos that can help you pick out your hoop size if you'd like help :).
