The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is the governing body for the historically African-American fraternities and sororities at the College of Charleston. Fraternities include: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Sororities include: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
