    VIDEO #47 ATMOSVERSE NOTES
    - Per the video description this takes place in Room #84 of the VSB Secret Base in the Arctic, first seen in Video #41 (Pulling Spy Bugs Out of Your Hair)
    - This is part of Agent SleepWalker's ongoing recuperation program following their removal from the capsule they had been using to dive travel in Video #41; the VSB intern also treated them in Video #42 (Physical Therapy)
    - The term dive travel, referring to the act of travelling to another world, was first used by the Agent/Spy Heroine in Video #45 (Relaxing Ambush)
    - The hippocampus is most important for dive travellers because it is the part of the brain responsible for spatial memory; as noted in Video #41 SleepWalker uses technology to determine their motion in the interlayer between time and space
    - The hippocampus is also responsible for the transferrence between short-term and long-term memories, which may explain the post-dive memory problems that the Agent mentioned in Video #41
    - "Of course I won't miss it." As shown in Video #42, SleepWalker's distinctive sleep valve is located on the right side of their neck under their chin, so the intern is unlikely to miss the hippocampus stimulation point there

When my son was little, he used to love tracing over my palms with his tiny fingers. I loved the way it felt so I'd let him do it as long as he wanted. I honestly think this was my first asmr experience (that I can remember, anyway). This video took me right back to those days of him being small instead of the moody teenager who towers over me that he is today lol. Thank you so much for this, Anastasia! ❤❤❤

Similarly, as a child, I used to play with my mother by pretending I was a hairdresser and thus to be washing, drying and styling her hair. She would let me do that for an hour long and even more because of how relaxing she found the experience. I introduced her to asmr about a year ago and she's been a huge fan ever since.

I'm a bus monitor on a pre-Kindergarten bus and there's nothing like a curious, gentle-hearted preschooler who thinks nothing of taking your hand, and either tracing the lines on your palm...or in one very specific case two weeks ago, one little boy asking very pointedly about the cut on my left ring finger, and empathetic tears welling up when he saw the bandage. (His mom is also big-hearted like that, so I am thankful he has a mom who encourages his gentle nature.)

My comment will be hard to see into the abyss but damn.. the end of the video really tilted my mind about something.. Imagine, just imagine, if we could create gloves, with full sensors all around it, kinda like the ones we can imagine on this video, and being plugged to the pc it could replicate exactly at every points locations where we"re being touched, with different strenght level pressure.and I KNOOOOW these could actually be created, similar things allready exist. Bruh.. The relaxation it could be, hands massage at home and tingles beyond DIVINE level

Hi, Anastasia! Superb once again. I’m always impressed with the attention to detail, the props, storytelling, and most importantly, all the tingles. I will say as someone who has auditory sensory issues, and it’s not so much criticism as it is feedback, there were a few beeping sounds that were just a little too long, a little too loud, and didn’t feel relaxing. I already have lots of ringing in my ears on their own.

They tell you that you'll have to have pressure points tested to make a synopsis about whether the planet you recently traveled to contained a gravity unsafe to our bodies state. It will be an hour long appointment so they make it comfortable as possible, almost a meditative experience with artificial scents of lavender, pineapple, and what they think is orange but is more consistent with a vanilla cohesion. The process, will process, over the course of the hour to track and jolts or rapid changes. Doctors discovered an older fellow, one who knows where they came from, who collapsed after half an hour on the planet, noticing signs of bone shifting because of the harsh pull the planet garnered. Now they test you, incoding a visual showcase of the bones which usually used to take upwards of 20 hours to visually scan, but with the discovery of dark matter by one of the young minds aboard..the situation was altered drastically and the solution disappeared entirely after seconds of it's process being known. Some say 20 hours now passes in 1 hour for all technology aboard, our ship travelled one decometa and now has quickened to a trivolquadite, stars blurring aside the large windows of the scrolling ship.
The planet they travelled to was earth, and with being in space so long they had lost bone structure and completely forgot where they came from... aimlessly traveling the cosmos in search for answers after the last of the researchers passed on. Oh yes, It had been quite some time since they first left home.1,500 years and now there were only short believing tales of their home planet. They said Earth was bright and green, not collapsing and dark red, covered in algael blooms that spread into the clouds. This would be the 5th planet out of 7 trillion to house water and satiable life, the others were destroyed but with this one there appears to be hope, a reduction should calm the spread of algae that converted the other planets into open gaping heads of what was the original planet.

I heard a high pitched sound, and thought well, this is a bit distracting... and then realized it wasn't from the video, it was from my earphones. I've yet to recognize that high pitched noise Anastasia warned of, and now I'm getting genuinely curious lol

    • @echoing202
      @echoing202 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Now I'm hearing it and wondering how the hell I managed not to hear it until now, but the answer is probably in the volume. If overall sound is quieter the high pitched noise becomes less noticeable.
That said, it is rather annoying. I usually listen to asmr to tune out similar sounds in my bedroom, and while the noise isn't bad enough to stop me from listening to this video, I keep fixating on it and it really doesn't help me relax and sleep.

Maybe it's the earphones although when I play this video on loop using my phone's speakers I can still hear the high pitched sounds, even the one with the higher pitch. I must admit the one with the higher pitch sounds like a broken earphone or radio static because it's so faint. I'm so amazed by this video's details. I did hear that as we age, we're less sensitive to high pitch sounds. I think I saw it in Brooklyn Nine Nine; young kids and people in their earily 20s can hear more wavelengths of high pitched sounds. I think in the news they called it The Mosquito.

I heard it without headphones, and my volume is at a normal level. It was VERY unpleasant. So it might be an age-related thing that you couldn't hear it, though I am in my early 30s.
