My opinion: Kong’s bridge to do it in concrete with rods will need many columns to support the bridge also is too long and will cost a lot 💴 and need to dry out the river to be able to construct the columns safely .. too expensive.. that’s why he did it with wood

I think you need put on safety glasses and a mass working with cement and your bridges. Need to extend the rebar to each side of the bridge to strengthen the support of the whole bridge.
It might also help to dig your trench from where you & your boyfriend fixed it deeper down to to river, that way there’s more room for all the water to flow as if this happens again. You’re a very hard worker & can do ANYTHING by yourself.love your shows
