@@StillHereHollywood - Ummm ... do you suppose Noah has more enjoyable free time than he actually lets on in this? And the SNL jokester using the dirty *p*--word didn't exactly sit well with me 😞😞🙎🏻♀🙎🏻♀🤦🏻♀🤦🏻♀ *Noah* is an awesome name, and it suits him beautifully well! I told Noah whenever I hear the name, I think about him. Even when he isn't a Noah in character, I have to remember not to write/type *Noah* in my fanfics 🥺 I get the impression that he's a little bit shy . . . but I definitely do find this endearing, too 🤩🤩💗💗😁😁
@StillHereHollywood - Noah does seem a little bit shy-ish… however, this only adds to his endearing personality 🤗… He seems like the kindest, nicest, most caring and loving guy in the whole wide world and I admire everything he does 💙❤🥇
Fantastic interview! As a very long time fan who've seen almost all interviews with Noah Wyle since 1994, I still learnt new things and this has many original questions. Loved it all!
I stopped watching ER after season 11 when Carter “left”. Today I just finished the entire series. I really hope they do a reboot. Carter was the best. Greene dying was sad, but when Pratt died I had no idea that would hurt. John Stamos was excellent as Gates I was nervous that it would be uncle Jesse not at all. Then Morris turning into one of the best docs. Really on phenomenal series.
Came to ER about 17 years late...but such a great show. One of the best of all time. Top ten, for sure. Even when it got ridiculous. Amy Poehler was one hundred percent right...come for the Clooney...stay for Noah Wyle.
- I’m sooooooo glad I’m able to binge watch on MAX these days because there are things on *ER* … you know- plots that I’d forgotten about when episodes originally aired (as I couldn’t stay up late on school nights back then) 🙂
@@sweetlife031 It's an amazing show. Was surprised to see an episode or two that looked like it was inspired by Scream. Really wasn't expecting that. Actually quite a few that were inspired by the pop culture of the time. RIP Dr. Greene.
@@brookeballengee - I can't wait for The Pitt, either! 😊😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I love Noah to death -- and he's going to go dawn in history playing a doctor -- twice ✌🏻
Darn....catching up with Dr. John Carter during the pandemic would have been fantastic!! I was a 3rd year med student when ER began (and Carter was a 3rd year med student) and went through all the phases of training and career with that beloved character....and Noah himself wasn't bad, either (still is a handsome guy! Sorry George, I prefer Noah!!).
What an incredible treat this was!!! I loved ER and Noah Wyle was just so much fun to watch. Thank you so much for this great interview!❤
Glad you enjoyed it!

@@sweetlife031 He’s been crazy busy. We were trying to book him for months, but he was shooting a series in New Orleans. What a great guy he was.

Noah Wyle was the best actor on ER. Absolutely no contest. He had emotion and humanity written all over his face.
‘Emotion and humanity’, nice way of putting it.
@@nnl18 Thanks :-) It's what pops into my head when I think of Carter.
Really good interview as said in one of the ER episode: Carter, you set the tone.
14:26 - Noah recites (and remembers in full) the monologue from the pilot of ER 30 years ago! 😃👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Until Noah leaves, then it's kinda like every other medical drama out there.
@@sugaloaf9889 True. It did become way more generic after he left. But the show stayed fairly good throughout. Love that he came back at the very end.

ER was the best, I am watching it on Hulu right now. Love John Carter and all the wonderful cast members, they all seemed like family.
I'm a big fan of er ❤ always loved Carter. This was so interesting!
Great interview! Always looking for what Noah is working on!!
Also - cannot wait to watch The Pit. Sounds like a dream team for good storytelling.
