Toolbox Talk on Confined Space Safety

This week lets cover a toolbox talk on confined space safety!
We are going to discuss an activity that I was closely involved with, how the entrants were in danger and what we can do to make sure something like this doesn't happen a second time.
We are also going to briefly discuss what could possibly be one of the most important roles during a confined space activity, that sometimes goes to the most inexperienced.

I've found many times when companies hire 3rd party CSE attendants, they are the lowest paid people on the job, have little to no "real" training, and don't fully understand their responsibilities.

Absolutely! Heck, I've seen that sometimes companies hire these directly in-house also, lol

I remember that, didn't it start with a scaffold builder signing off the tags before the reading was taken?
