      Roasting the cauli will change the flavour somewhat.
      However, I can't explain how ... it 'softens' it, perhaps.

    I made this tonight. It was freaking delicious definitely a keeper recipe. The one thing I did differently is after massaging the oil. I broke the cauliflower apart into large chunks and roasted it. I did that because of the other people on here saying there might be worms and bugs inside.When I broke it apart, it was clean as a whistle. Anyway, it was really delicious, like something you’d get from a restaurant.

    Try yoghurt mixed with tahini some corn flour then add cauliflower, bring to a boil. Cook some chicken bites ( if vegan exclude chicken) then add them to the soup. Fry some garlic & cilantro. Add them all together & yum . Palestinian dish , it's delicious ❤🇵🇸

    I see a lot of comments about the little green worms. ALWAYS CUT AND WASH before roasting. But my biggest issue is the sauce. She called Tahini liquid gold. Where is she from? The only liquid gold in my kitchen comes from the jar of bacon grease!!!!

    Ive been doing cauliflower "steaks" from center slices, brushed with curry spices and coconut milk. Garnish with finely chopped green onions, parsely and dill weed added to yogurt tzatziki. Add a dash of cumin if you like it. Bake apples or pears while youre baking the veggie. . About 350 ° for 35 to 45 minutes. Or until cauliflower is tender. Good with crusty hot french bread, carrots cooked with a little butter or ghee and cherry tomatoes halved and added the last few minutes of cooking. Lemon sherbet for a cooling dessert. Tasty😮😮😮

    I just tried it and I'm in love!❤ And the sauce accomplishes the dish so well!
    When it comes out of the oven it looks like a giant popcorn🍿
    My children ate a lot of it too but they didn't like the sauce. So I had more for myself😅
    I just don't know if I will use olive oil the next time. My oven was really smokey like the oil was heated up too much. I think it's not recommended to heat up olive oil that high.

      @miss2ql 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      In Germany you can buy Brat-Olivenöl which is olive oil that has a very high smoke point so it's perfect for cooking or roasting in the oven. Maybe you can find it in your country or use Avocado oil (also very high smoke point). 😊

      @@miss2ql Thank you! I didn't know about this. I'm from Germany too, so I will watch out for Brat-Olivenöl next time. I usually buy extra virgin olive oil.

    We Indians won't have the courage to bake it whole and then even eat it whole.
    The chances of almost every one of these having some type of insect(caterpillar🐛) or even a small snake🐍(curled up inside) is insanely likely, so you shouldn't either!
    I know you boiled it in water for a good amount of time, but still can't factor out eating a dead insect, etc.

    My favorite way to eat broccoli and cauliflower is wrying them. So i mix seasoend flour and water. And then i deep the already cut veggies to the mixture of flour. And then I fried them till golden brown. Trust me, its soo good. You can add salt/paper if you like😊

    Yup - had a cauliflower in the fridge for awhile. Then Maya’s recipe popped up. Yup - defintely tastes good. Tho I cheated and grated Romano cheese over the top (keep falling off the vegan bandwagon 😂). Used avocado oil for roasting at high temp (375 deg for 45 mins or so)
