I go over some of the common issues you will encounter such as, splitting the cases, removing common bolts that strip out, removing bearings, removing blind bearings, and removing crank.     When removing one of the bearings the tusk bearing remover you linked didnt have a big enough big enough collet to remove it did you have to you use a 30 or a 35mm to do it?

    Heat round the bearings to take out.

    Hey Adam! I am rebuilding my CR125 motor. Its a 2001. After assembly, the mainshaft has 1.27mm of lateral runout. Is it normal for the mainshaft to have some marginal runout?? I cant find any info about it and I dont recall if the motor has this runout before teardown. Im very confident that I assembled the transmission correctly and didnt forget washers or anything. Comments appreciated!!!!

    How long did it take to completely disassemble the engine

    is there a reason you didn't use heat to expand the cases around the bearings within the inner cases?

      On installation I do. When I am taking them out there’s no need since I can hammer or pull them out.
