When removing one of the bearings the tusk bearing remover you linked didnt have a big enough big enough collet to remove it did you have to you use a 30 or a 35mm to do it?

Heat round the bearings to take out.

Hey Adam! I am rebuilding my CR125 motor. Its a 2001. After assembly, the mainshaft has 1.27mm of lateral runout. Is it normal for the mainshaft to have some marginal runout?? I cant find any info about it and I dont recall if the motor has this runout before teardown. Im very confident that I assembled the transmission correctly and didnt forget washers or anything. Comments appreciated!!!!

is there a reason you didn't use heat to expand the cases around the bearings within the inner cases?

On installation I do. When I am taking them out there’s no need since I can hammer or pull them out.
