Yeah well that was vague and poorly elaborated upon. Didn’t really make sense and was lazy writing on the creators part. He needed a reason to have Eren act so hypocritical and out of character so he plot armored it bu saying it was destiny and he had no choice. Without really elaborating on how Eren actually knew that. And the whole time travel in his head self fulfilling prophecy thing didn’t make sense at all.
