The Diva Song people know from the 5th Element movie but really it's from an opera called Lucia di Lammermoor - Mad scene there is a video of Natalie Dessay on youtube. It's a long scene and takes a lot of talent. Dimash is amazing especially considering he is not female but hits the high notes perfect. In the movie 5th Element the vocals were done in part with a synthesizer because of how hard it is to sing.My understanding of Dimash is that his parents are trained vocalists and he has been studying since age 5. He is an opera singer so he probably learned Lucia di Lammermoor - Mad scene and knows the origin of the song. Great reaction video. I can't sing at all but I love understanding the history of music. Lots of re made songs interesting to see when they first came from.
❤️❤️❤️❤️. This was two songs, Confessa and The Diva Dance. He started singing Confessa in Chinese then switched to its original language of Italian. The Diva Dance is from the movie The Fifth Element. In the movie, some of the song was computer synthesized because it was thought at the time that the human voice could not produce both the highs and the lows or the jumping between them. Several female singers have performed this but Dimash is the only male, to my knowledge, to do so. His version of The Diva Dance from his Bastau concert is actually even better than this one! At Bastau his voice was healthy and well rested...he also added a descending run that is absolutely out of this world!
Some of my favorite songs and performances are Adagio from The Singer Show, Late Autumn from the same show, Unforgettable Day from his Gakku concert (he hits and sustains D8!) and Daybreak from Bastau concert. Thank you for your reaction!

Wonderful reaction. Isn't he amazing? Alien? No. Sounds like alien? Perhaps, but he is human as he can be. He is just very unique amazing young artist with incredible vocal ability, a vocal range of F2 to D8 , 6 octaves. Just a unique singer/ performer / musician. A rare gem.

First song was confessa (Italian song). 2nd part is diva dance (from movie fifth element) was sung by an alien and made by computer, wasn't supposed to be done by a human. Few tried to sing it, only dimash mastered it

a korean female singer is considered by alot of people as the female dimash, i dont consider them similar tho, the lady's name is Sohyang, you can react to anything from Sohyang on the i am singer show in korea and the king of masks singer show, i am singer show, Sohyang-Arirang alone and Sohyang-Fate are really really good one both on i am singer, Sohyang is in my opinion top 2 or 3 female singere in the world, please check her out man, nice reaction as always
