That is what's so great about these two episodes. One episode makes you hate Zeke even more and rooting for Levi to take him out, only for the next to make him one of the most sympathetic characters in the whole show.
you're not gonna like Zeke now, but maybe someday you will, or atleast understand him. happened to me. he became my top 3 both personal favorite AND best written character in the series :)

@Anarchy Rising saying the truth doesnt make someone a good person. The way you say it does. Armin didnt react badly when eren called him out. He reacted when he called Mikasa out. Because there was no reason for him to say all this even if it was true. That is why armin asks him why he even came to speak with them in the first place when all he said was this.
And speaking of facts eren mercilessly killed civilians and children without saying anything to his friends as to why, mistreated hange and even got his friends killed in the process. Youre still asking why eren is identified as an asshole? Eren's view of freedom has always been twisted.
