I've had it for most of my 20's but I only got diagnosed a year 1/2 ago and the earlier the treatment starts the better it is in the long term, I promise! How do you have your hair not get so stiff when you tie it back overnight and what are your next day hair refresh routines. I can go about 4-6 days without washing now, but my frizz on the top of my head is still a problem the mornings after.

I struggle with frizzy hair and it has gotten better thanks to YOU (satin caps, pillow cases, scrunchies etc.) pero I thought that anything that's not satin or microfiber on our hair contributes to frizz? Omg the annoying neighbour thing, sis I related to this viscerally. My neighbours ain't even changing their carpets, it's a single mum, with a kid that she either ignores or screams at, that I swear just runs up and down their flat all day long, jumping from the bed to the floor, dropping what sounds like heavy things. Sometimes I think they even just let her bounce a basketball in the flat because that's what it frickin sounds like. Plus they literally drop trash onto our tiny garden from their balcony. Cigarettes, beer bottles, kids toys, candy wrappers... Like literally sometimes I feel like calling social services on them, but I'm trying to be patient with them...
