Absolutely. Unfortunately, gerrymandering in the south and east coast are at an all time high. The 2022 redistricting in NC and other states guarantees republican majorities. It's impossible to gain both house and Senate no matter how many ppl vote blue because Dem votes don't count in most gerrymandered states.

Judge Gorsuch said immunity rulings should cover wide range of hyperthetical scenarios, not only based on J6 case presented by lawyers. It make no sense to send back to trial court for decisions after lengthy ‘holdup’ on their desks, except for delaying the case, benefits for trump.

During the hearing Justices Barrett and Kagan read the indictment and got Trump's lawyer Sauer to admit the charges were not "official' acts paving the way for Chutkan to easily forge ahead using Sauer's own words.
