People hang on to your current gear it works with the cube, even Azurewrath that got a more powerful orange ability in the new patch, you can use the old version of the item to unlock the legendary power. items made by the blacksmith cannot be used with the recipes. rare items gotten from Kadala can be used in the recipes, which can come in handy.

Assuming nothing changes on my Roland's Cru I'll probably swap one of my million Restraints to finally get a Focus, Have Covention of Elements as jewellery slot, Try and roll a yellow 2 handed sword into a decent Maximus or Blood Brother and add Furnace effect to it and armor...not really sure. Maybe Cindercoat solo and Strongarm with my wiz and wd friends. Nice video btw!
Christos Soteriou blizz have confirmed they are going to alter how this recipe works, so don't look at it with the mindset that you can infinitely reroll an item and hope for a perfect version of the item you need.

mage feral Ya man, such a great zone! It easily has the most Legendary drops per hour on PTR. Granted there's the 2000% buff on and you're opening chests, I still think this will be the case on live without the buff :D
Ah thanks :) Yeah this was recorded at the start of the season I thin, I generally use Diamonds when a character is new to increase survivability while farming GRs. Either way, yeah I'm fairly sure Diamonds are the way to go for a WW Barb still, the extra survivability is way too good for pushing GRs.

Jan M Yes, I re-rolled an non-ancient bul-khatos into an ancient one. Out of 7 re-rolls, I actually got 2 ancients. So it seems like its at least 10 % chance, as the standard drop chance.
Did they change the rules with converting set Items that have less than 3 parts? I tried to reroll Bul Kathos Solemn Vow for a Warriors Blood and it wouldn't let me do it saying it has to have a set of 3 or more...
I had some level 12 boots, that gave my monk's lashing tail kick 300% more damage! and i didn't extract it cause i thaught you had to put the effect onto another legendary item, using the "reforge legendary"
Using 'Reforge Legendary', if i put in my ancient weapon do i still retain the ancient status when reforged? Or will it drop from ancient to legendary?

why do i feel like it has more secrets? puzzle ring secret? and there are some items that u can feed to the cube so it does something i think...i just gave it some kind of a shield and a scyth called (reaper's kiss) and it did litterally nothing i cant quite remember which page it was though....

I don't understand how you were able to move your crafting items to your inventory; I can't interact with mine, even when I click "Access your Crafting Inventory". Even more, I have Sunder permanently listed in the weapon slot below the cube, can't remove it, can't extract other legendary effects, or even apply it to another weapon. Any help would be appreciated.
When he made the video, the crafting items took up bag space. Now they don't. You just hit "fill" and it does it automatically. As far as Sunder, I'm able to swap out effects just fine.
I have a question, when i get new buffs into cube in season's and season is ending - does those buffs go also to the normal game type like characters? Do they transfer? Cheers

Just picked up the cube today. You definitely can. Look for the pillar in camp that has the cube on its also marked on the mini map
I already have the Marauders set for my Demon Hunter! and the Manticore Shotgun so the only thing left for me to do is those other passive powers!

FYI the rerolling set items does not work on sets with 2 items, like focus/restraint rings.
For recipe 6 you'll need to buy the item from Act 2 Peddler to change the gem's colour.

Sets containing only 2 pieces (like rings) wont work anymore for convert set item. It needs to be a set piece that has at least 3 items.
