If you can follow along the King of Thorns is great. I found it hard to follow cause it bounces around a lot and I was distracted BUT the build up to the end is cool. I love how dark it was.
Firstly don't feel pressured to read all books you buy. Also, I think you could make this a regular practice - reading at least a book in month from the viewers request list. That would be a really fun thing and also involve your audience better.
Anyways, I wish you would start The Dresden Files series someday, it's one of my favourites. Just consider it, alright? Jim Butcher is a fun author. If you don't believe me, I guess Patrick Rothfuss will say the same. 😊

And omg Sherwood! One of my most anticipated releases. Last year I read another book by her, Hunted (and its cover was also reflective), and it was one of my favorites. A bit slow paced, though.

Interested to hear your Dragon Republic review! I’ve been debating if I want to buy it. I enjoyed book 1, but not sure if I’ll ever reread it.
I might be wrong but I heard that the Poppy war “series” is only a duopoly so you might not have to wait a year for book 3. Might be wrong though.
The author said in an interview last year that she plans for it to be a trilogy. =)
