Given the 20-year construction "estimate", they were looking at placing one of each of the giant blocks every 10 minutes, around the clock for 20 years. They would also need time to quarry, transport and shape to one degree or another. Sure there were multiple crews but at some point, you reach a space limitation and a communication breakdown for the precision needed.
Wrong. Next time think more broadly. The pyramids are large structures which can easily accommodate hundreds of workers broken down into teams. Thus they could easily allow for multiple teams working in tandem in different places on it. That alone would facilitate multiple blocks being laid in tandem in different parts of the pyramid. So forget your quaint "X" blocks per.........nonsense as they is premised upon "1 at a time" = which no one builds that way - not even back then. p.s. - look at those blocks. Very few are carefully cut and shaped let alone polished. Most are little more than crudely fractured chunks of stone of assorted shapes and sizes reflecting their fracturing from the bedrock in a rapid manner and being hauled away as is to the nearby pyramid which was only 100-200 meters away.

@@Chetan2Sharma they wouldnt carry it, its much easier to drag a heavy block up a ramp, use levers, pulleys, animals to help amongst other things (there are also apparently ancient egyptian drawings off them pouring water in front of the sand where they were dragging the blocks which when tested decreses the friction) now we cant be sure exactly how it was done but some archaeologists probably have a good idea. lifting a block is extremely difficult, but pulling it or using physics is much easier. as Archimedes said "give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it and i shall move the world"

The Khufu contains more than 2 million blocks of stone. If it were built in 20 years that means 100,000 blocks had to be put into place a year. That translates into about 270 blocks a day, 24/7. 270 blocks a day means about 11 blocks an hour. Most of these blocks weighed more than 2 tons. If you have ever worked in construction (or masonry) you would begin to see the problems here. According to this theory, the ramps probably would’ve used up more material than the pyramid itself considering how tall they would be and the shallow angle that was required.
Not to mention, the extreme length the final ramps (at a useable slope) to the top would have to be. It would take more logistically, in materials and labor, to build the ramp than it would be the pyramid itself.

Given the 20-year construction "estimate", they were looking at placing one of each of the giant blocks every 10 minutes, around the clock for 20 years. They would also need time to quarry, transport and shape to one degree or another. Sure there were multiple crews but at some point, you reach a space limitation and a communication breakdown for the precision needed.
Wrong. Next time think more broadly. The pyramids are large structures which can easily accommodate hundreds of workers broken down into teams. Thus they could easily allow for multiple teams working in tandem in different places on it. That alone would facilitate multiple blocks being laid in tandem in different parts of the pyramid. So forget your quaint "X" blocks per.........nonsense as they is premised upon "1 at a time" = which no one builds that way - not even back then.
p.s. - look at those blocks. Very few are carefully cut and shaped let alone polished. Most are little more than crudely fractured chunks of stone of assorted shapes and sizes reflecting their fracturing from the bedrock in a rapid manner and being hauled away as is to the nearby pyramid which was only 100-200 meters away.

@@Chetan2Sharma they wouldnt carry it, its much easier to drag a heavy block up a ramp, use levers, pulleys, animals to help amongst other things (there are also apparently ancient egyptian drawings off them pouring water in front of the sand where they were dragging the blocks which when tested decreses the friction) now we cant be sure exactly how it was done but some archaeologists probably have a good idea. lifting a block is extremely difficult, but pulling it or using physics is much easier. as Archimedes said "give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it and i shall move the world"

Personally I thought they put a lot of research and thought into atleast giving people a basic understanding of the time their ways of life like politics, their environment, daily lives, etc. To me it might actually make people interested in the history

According to this theory, the ramps probably would’ve used up more material than the pyramid itself considering how tall they would be and the shallow angle that was required.

Not to mention, the extreme length the final ramps (at a useable slope) to the top would have to be. It would take more logistically, in materials and labor, to build the ramp than it would be the pyramid itself.
also to build the ramp, the ramp would have to be higher than the pyramid itself. So that would mean IF ramps were used they should still be visable today... but they are not.
No, the simple answer to the ramp that they don't show hear is having the ramp spiral inlaid on the outside of the pyramid. Idk why they showed a spiral ramp protruding out when simply not building certain parts of the pyramid on the way up works perfectly fine.

No it doesn’t work. The volume of material spiraling around the perimeter would be far more mass than the pyramid itself. Basic volume calculations on geometry. And... the tangent angle required to pull the block in an arc, with the length of manpower to “pull a straight line” .... the ramp would be a 6 lane highway in width. It simply doesn’t work.

They didnt build ramps. That would be silly. Rather than using stone they omitted stone. There is an internal ramp, like another passageway except the corners were back filled as the completed works.

I have seen on youtube a professional engineer working for a huge construction company admit that they could not do this even today with our tech.
