Wonderful hike! It's been 20 years since I did that one, the trailhead and trail itself sure has changed! I really miss living in Canmore and getting out to enjoy all the great things to do! I worked mornings at Smitty's, done by 2 and spent the rest of my days exploring the area either on foot or biking. Now I enjoy the sights vicariously through folks like you. Thank you!
Glad I could bring back some memories for you😁 Living in Calgary I try to get out at least once a week in the summer and once every two weeks in the winter. Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
It's such an awesome hike😁 I hiked it once before they did all the work on the trail. I like it better now with the long switchbacks. The wooden stairs definately look out of place🤣 Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
@@LIVEONALBERTA I always have elastic knee braces in my pack just in case, im of to junction falls tomorrow all being good should be less people mid week and back to school etc.
@@LIVEONALBERTA I went a few years back holy crap it was packed must have been 200 plus people on that trip so hopefully there will be way less tomorrow. this is a good time to do it as the river crossing is much lower. I was down the sheep the other day trail clearing and i noticed the low water so mmmm good time to go to junction.
Wow Cary I was getting vertigo watching your summit segments. What a grunt of a hike😂. Don't know if l have it in me anymore to tackle that. Great video though.
It was scary walking along the edge but I had my arm way out there. The go pro makes it look worse than it was. It's not an easy hike especially on a person's knees. I wear slip on knee braces which really help on the way down ,and on longer hikes. Thanks so much for watching and commenting😁
I don't know why I sometimes say, "Here we go!", before we start, and shout "Beauty!" at the top. Anybody knows?
It's just what you have to do😁😁😁Thanks so much for watching and commenting.
Same reason why I say woo hoo when I get back to the car after my hikes now.😂😂
Thats Awesome😆😆😆
You're a Rockstar now Cary 😂😂
Woohoo Hoo🤭🤭🤭

What amazing views from the top ❤. Kinda funny seeing those fancy wooden stairs in K country tho. Lol.

Thank you I followed your video on wind ridge and did that on Saturday.
That's awesome, what a wonderful hike. Thanks for watching this one and commenting😁
You would not catch me anywhere near the edge of that lol.
Paragliding seems like the smart way down!
I made sure I was walking very slow, but still scary as shit😱 Thanks for watching and commenting Emma.
My knees hurt just watching the descent of that one. way out of my comfort zone thats for sure.
I can only do these steep ones with pull on knee braces, without them I would be crying all the way down🤣 Thanks for watching and commenting Dave😁

@@LIVEONALBERTA reminded me of my Mt. Indefatigable hike about 40 years ago. What a workout but well worth it!@
@moray8973 I would have loved to hike that one. Now that the trail is decommissioned best to leave it to the grizzlies😁
