He is the first true center that shoots at an elite level on high volume. All the other centers who could “shoot” were maybe average shooters on low volume. Bosh for comparison only had 4 seasons shooting over 1 3 per game and had a career 3% of 33.5% and even then he played PF for the majority of his career. KAT has shot over 40% from 3 with a career average of over 4 attempts per game. With the only seasons below 40% he had a broken wrist and a torn calf. That’s elite shooting no matter the position let alone being a center.
