Yes, provisional degree certificate would be sufficient until you get your actual marks card.

Study certificate - class 1 to 10
Upto 12th, would ask to upload the 12th study certificate, in case if you have uploaded upto 10th .
Degree certificate you can attach ,where they have asked for degree marks card.
