My easy method - if you can reach the fan shaft with WD40 long nozzle, just spray and tilt the oven so that the liquid WD40 will flow down into the bearing...

Today I just repaired my LG microwave oven successfully by using your idea bro.
I want to add one thing that , in my oven ; the plastic blades of cooling fan were making noise due to the friction with outer plastic ring. I had just grind the edges of blade with emari paper and problem solved.
And guess what , it sounds like new one 🎉🎉

Please clean the motor housing and all that surrounding before reinstalling the motor. All the dust should be cleared with a cloth or brush. Don't touch the magnetron condenser. Short it after disconnecting the power. Shock can be fatal.

Mera microwave oven mey same problem tha, maine video se jankari leke khud repair kiya aur woh noise khatam ho gaya
Mere machine mey cooling fan jo ki plastic ka hey woh bahar ki plastic body ring ke sath ghis raha tha aur isi vajah se chui chui aavaj hoti thi. Bas microwave oven ki body kholi aur cooling fan nikala , safvsafai ki aur fan ke char blades ko bahar nikal ke aakhari wala blade ka hissa ko emari papar se ghisay kiya . Baad mey wapas jodne ke baad ek baar fan ko haath se ghumavo ke check karo ki blade kahi touch toh nahi ho rahi . Agar touch nahi ho rahi to bas aab woh sahi ho gaya.
Bas wapas fix karo aur aap ka microwave oven sound smooth ho jayega.

I forgot the connection of magnetron as its connector pin is connecting from both directions not able to figure out which pin is on left and right.
I connected it it works on both side, can u tell me which is right side

Applying coco oil like one applying grease in cycle or riksha. Better use very little mobile oil to the bush or apply silicone grease for better results.

Well I have watched your video.
I like your video.
But 1 thing I didn't appreciate?
Before you open the microwave you had shown us wanting sign right. But you didn't seen it written there high voltage ⚡. Capcitor.
And you have touch the main board power supply with your hand 🖐️.
You could have been electro shocked.
Because you didn't discharge the big capacitor 2300 vlts.
So be careful next time.

There is no need to open the assembly. Just remove the cover and spray WD 40 with its long nozzle on the shaft and the wheel. I did it and it was quick and sound was gone.
