Near as I can deduce, they reshot several several scenes, didn't like most of them, ran of money because of all the reshooting, then the contract said they had to finish by a set date, so like a house built of wrong sized pieces they just glued it all together to make up ninety minutes and called it a movie??? or maybe 'if we use enough glue the fumes will keep people stoned enough that the story makes something like sense!"
One of my fav Segal movies just under "Hard to Kill." But... what in heck happened to the editing and score? Oh my gosh! If I didn't already know the movie so well and actually had a desire to watch it I don't think I could've gotten through it.

To them I must say...He may no longer be as big, or bad ,or lean or tough, BUT he DID study martial arts for YEARS which counts out about 95% of the population. This takes years of discipline not talk. Then he might have been a real seal? Not sure but rip Richard Marcinko had a seal whom went by the SAME NAME, and LAST but not least, Steven was a uniformed POLICE OFFICER whom DID put his life on the line for the betterment of our society...MOST MEN DONT DO THAT so to those whom judge him too harshly, from the safety of your house or your safe job you might wanna learn a thing or two before you start name calling or making sport of a man who's so farrrr exceeded your life that you'd be privileged to bring him a cold one...TRUTH HURTS

There are legitimate grievances that people have against him as a person, and by many accounts, he seems to be a bad person in real life. He has a litany of SA accusations leveled against him and is apparently physically abusive to people in the film industry. His record as a police officer is also dubious given that stunt that he pulled in Arizona. How is it privileged to call out his moral failings?

I watched this movie in its original format and enjoyed it very much, but whoever edited it for TH-cam or this viewing with the double and triple takes ruined it for a smooth flow, if I wasn't already familiar with it I probably would have disliked it.
