This place deserves zero stars. 2 times I have been there when I accompanied my friends. The first time, I didn't like the food one bit; especially, the steak which wasn't stake after but glued shredded beef. I opt to order some drink instead instead, a mango lassie that was quite diluted and not tasty. The second time, again, I had the tasteless experience with unprofessional and rude waiter who claims to be the shift manager (Saturday, 30th April). We already cleared out previously with another staff member that one of us is not going to eat but he charged us a full course and when we told him about this he blamed us for setting and not eat and he said "I have to deduct £10". I was already furious with him about the way he treated us. This is the nasties encounter I had in a restaurant ever, I cannot believe someone like him is in charge of customer service. We I told him that his offer to return back the money that he charged us wrongfully, sounded from him like he's being generous he told me: "I don't have to be generous to you". What a seamless thing to say to people who attended your restaurant. He round not just the whole night for me but the bank holiday in total. Never stepping foot on that restaurant again
