First time seeing such games... and I can clearly see that they were deliberately made as naughty as possible. Japanese people always know what they are doing - it was created with the thought of lewding streamers and feeding the audience. It's cool but I also find the game design too disgusting and deceitful - it's presented as just funny and innocent but it's actually pretty dirty.
Sorry to sound like i'm correcting you but warioware always had a nasty kind of sense of humor even before streamers were mainstream or a thing for that matter. And this game theme of moving and doing weird poses isn't even the first time they do this, since is inspired from smooth moves, a warioware for the wii which just like this game, it was made to show the ability of motion controls (and also had five times the naughty humor than this game) Im not saying you are not giving a good point, but to say warioware humor and lack of shame was made PRIMARILY for steamers and audiences is very out of place in my opinion

I would never play something like that with kids or parents, especially if they're pretty smart and could instantly get the hidden meaning of everything happening on the screen. I am not sure if it's normal for ordinary Japanese people but they're famous for being too naughty-minded as a nation. For example that genitalia-centered festival, lol. Well for playing with friends to laugh about this may be funny... but just that. It' just looks ugly and dirty. Because it just obviously lewd while pretending to not be. I think clearly explicit game is better than the one which is made to deceive people into playing this with children.
