    I run a fuel station from last 4 years...
    I make sure all workers are completely in uniform helmet and safety shoes id card. No entry without full uniform....

    Make an app, Sell your products, enquiry, slot booking (time and date), progress tracking (Denting, painting, washing, inspection, etc), Complete job sheet, service status, receive and deliver OTPs, online payment.
    plus you can promote used cars for sale too.
    and it is not even very expensive or hard to make apps.

      At some places job card has gate pass attached to it bottom which can be tear and given to the customer as acknowledgement. The showroom where i service my bike has this system.

    All your staff and service advisors must wear the uniform, including all safety equipment ,gloves, shoes, and glasses. Recommended each department wear different colours uniform.
    Service advisior uniform as follows: white shirt , black pent with neck tie having logo .
    Colour can be decided whatever you people decide , must be a smart combination

    One very effective solution can be to ask the customer to make a 360 degree video of his own vehicle on his fone. This way a lot of workshop time will be saved n tension of damage before inventory taking will be taken care of👍👍

    Best thing you can also do for the workers is that all the safety related gears must be in a separate place (room) and once they wear all the safety gears then only they are allowed to punch in their attendance as saw that your workplace have biometric login system

If u are make a traning center for new people you should record them as you have facility and make a index of that lecture and give new one it as recorded lecture so in case they want to revisit it instead of finding it on internet your own trailer made lecture would be more useful...     For shoes and what so ever safety equipment please provide them with a locker space ask the HRs to get a fire policy in place to not share locker numbers so we reduce theft, also things will have a place to be kept at 😅 even the clothes they wear before coming for shift... Brotomotive that day isn't really far where The US has "The Foose "and we ll have YOU guys doing mad things for people and we ll all really see their reactions❤ to every work of artisty that you guys deliver to the car owners❤

    Can may be use a platform to take pictures 360 degree. Then even if inspection is late, can compare with those pics if there are any new dents.

    Inventory in is very important document between customer and the workshop . If a car has come in and is missing from workshop , you will not have a clue in the vehicle was received by your staff .
    Secondly it does not take 5min to inspect a car externally, like the zoom car does , This is very important to both the parties legally .

    I just advice you that you make one system in which you place some camera which camera take photos of every side of vehicle and it's can also help you and your customer you either develop mobile application in which clinet name, vehicle number, clinet contact details which directly input in that application and on spot you click photos by that mobile phone so may be it's good for both of you clinet and owner. Also then after you don't have to need many people to work done in this kind of system thank you love from Rajkot Gujarat

    Hey Raghav I like your approach to your work. You are also an inspiration for me to grow. I have a suggestion. I am also an engineer and I know the problem with you guys not wearing the safety shoes. I guess the basic reason behind that is the soul of a safety shoe. If you recommend you guys to replace the inner soul of the shoe with the cushioned or gel pad you'll definitely see the changes of the habits of the workers.

    I will suggest from my previous experience with tata service that when I entered service centre first thing they make is job card and a proper inspection on gate only on service centre then the mark it on job card about any damage or problem then after a couple of minutes they handover job card to service advisor after then they make group with customer an advisor this makes clear and also no service centre gives delivery note or anything like that

    Hi brother, i am not sure how convenient it is according to cost wise as a business owner mindset is always different compared to others, but if lets say you can fit up a 3d camera setup , like lets say my car comes in and my car goes through the 3d camera bay where all side of the car is clicked or captured and thats automatically in your system where the customer get a copy of the entry. Later the inventory guys can do a detailed walkthrough of the car and report it in to group.
    Just a thought

    Sir you are doing great quality work but just one little advice Pl make 3 minutes detail video at the time of taking delivery delivery from Customer to your workshop & send this video with all old damages with your work invoice to Customer so that Customer will not refuse any old damage because first video will be taken in front of Customer only

    Just make the whatsapp group during the car drop off and type a confirmation that the car has been received in the workshop. Whatsapp group can be accessed from the office so the admin staff can share their invoicing/estimates copy in the group.

    It's better to send a message in the customer number stating that we have received the vehicle (with Vehicle number and Job card number) and tell them that how many hours it will take to tell the issues in the car
