- Our fourth time covering the La Verne Cool Cruise, a gathering of hot rod's finest, and one of our favorite shows to cover. Traditionally held the day before Easter Sunday, it has been held for the past 21 years in Old Town La Verne, where hot rods, classics, and muscle cars fill D Street and the surrounding areas. It seems like this year, the turnout was a whole lot bigger. There were cars lining up for 3 or 4 blocks to get in! This is definitely one of Southern California's greatest car shows, and one that never fails to amaze us!

all were sweet, but the best were the 57 yellow Nomad, 66 green Chevelle, Anglia, 56 red Chevy, and of course the Austin!!!
It's hard to pick a favorite from this show, but you can see the full list of my favorites in the description. That Austin was great, love to hear those pro-street engines!
Wonder what that Cadillac Hearse at 8.45 would look like with a chop top. It would be something different.

I've found me an old classic sedan in pretty good shape. What is the highest milage engine I can buy, about 130 to 150 Hp, normally aspirated? Money is no object. I want something to cruise the entire country, and drive every day.

Doing minutes of detective work the Grey whatever is a Austin A40 that sure does sound awesome just a little to nuts for me but thats Hotrodding different strokes.......................!
