Since the statues are one of the worst reqs: Adding runes to skilling Urns (activating the urn) is by far the fastest way to achieve the rocks in the corresponding skills. The likelyhood of obtaining a rock of the same Skill b2b is reduced by 50%, so make sure to skillhop after obtaining the first one.
i'll start a comment and edit it when theres something you've done thats outdated or could be done better. elder chronicles is a good req to do alongside charged engrammeter (500 memories per mahjarrat memory = 7500 memories) for black knights rank, kill elite black knights after WGS with necromancy (they dont protect against necromancy, have 8k health and 1 kill = 10 kill count) for golden/strange rocks, firstly, wearing the respective skillcape increases chances at rocks, secondly, mix up your rocks i.e dont go for 2 herblore b2b as the second rock will be 50% rarer, when you get a rock, go for it in another skill before going for the second. Also for golden, Voice of seren also increases drop chance (good for mining/smithing/wcing) - also it is no longer capped weekly for building base camp, all the "rare" items (oils, dino tooth, leather) are very easy to get from Iaia after the Aftermath quest Kalg demons now *do* spec in PSD
