as of now no. but the other method I mentioned you can have someone custom it for you with another software like adobe after effects but the prices vary.

Bruh i just extracted it with premiere pro, the gif quality is top but the size is 30 MB!
istead of resizing it go for optimizing and there will be a bar ranging between 5-200 select 5 for max quality and hit optimize and you are good to go

you cant do this with animated backgrounds.. the file size always ends up being way over 5mb

How did you get the second gif to fit next to the main one?
Use Top_Right file, and upload it the same way as the Middle one. Then, go to edit Profile, chose the first + and then choose the first artwork and click save. Boom. That's it.

For me when I have to upload it to steam it says that the file is to big
thank you so much, results came out very nice and clear image on my gif background
I figured out how to make it not blurry.
I went into capcut first, added text with effects and animation then saved the video as mp4
i then went into premiere pro and exported the video as animated gif
then i took the gif to the gif resizer website, and resized it just so its directly below 8 mb
then i went to artwork and uploaded it, added the 2 lines to the console
then finally i went and chose the artwork inside steam.

you can't do this anymore with animated as they reduced the file size form 8 to 5
how do you get the second picture to displat, the smaller one
you do the same thing like the first with the code,and after you go at artwork showcase and select it in the right side of the main picture

Edit: GOT IT! Profile>Edit Profile> Featured Showcase > (And here is why u guys weren't able to find the option) It's ARTWORK SHOWCASE, not Featured Artwork Showcase.

My animated background is already 15mb when downloading it from steam design. I cant upload it to steam because when i resize it the folder is over 30mb big.
