Nick & Carm work really well together. I didn't expect it, but man, they push out such a good vibe together! Great show, gents!
I like this schedule because, ideally, you would like to see the Bears get into a winning rhythm early on in the season. Then, when you hit that late stretch of the season in November when you're playing tougher teams, hopefully, the Bears are playing their best football.

However, as soon as Mark Carman finished his very poor taste comments about Harrison Butker, I immediately hit the dislike button and stopped listening to the episode. Judging from the comments, there are plenty of listeners who feel similarly. I hope that this feedback is helpful to you.

Carm is free to have his opinion about it, but he voiced it in a very classless manner. I imagine Hoge holds a similar view on Butker's speech as Carm does, but he actually has the tact and awareness that he could have handled the topic without saying that anyone who holds a traditional Judeo-Christian view of family values is misogynistic.
