I love your intelligent, savy approach to things. Your outlook is on point and overall delivery top notch. I particularly liked your budget comparison of settling in PK compared to UK. I may be going through a midlife crisis as I'm contemplating a similar life choice however I'm invested here for atleast another 7 years before I come close to any financial freedom. My story is very similar to yours brother, I fully relate to you in alot of what you say. God bless.

I visited these villas a few weeks back accomodation and location wise it's good but found many villas like abandoned and some in dilapidated condition like ghost how or something, don't know the actual reason?? Please guide if you are still living there??
@@ebrahimatcha9222 yes we are still here. Some of these villas never got occupants ( owner did not move in and neither were they put on rent) in other cases probably they were not even sold to any owner i.e. they are still with the authorities
@@hassanrafique Ok many thanks for the reply but one more thing that I observed was that the high level of wall seepage outside car parking areas. Is that a major issue as well in these villas?? Further what is the current monthly rental value of these villas?
@@ebrahimatcha9222 If you own the villa then it is generally maintained. I have seen this in rental villas mostly. The current rent is between 95k to 105k pcm these days

Hassan Bhai, bohot acha review thaa DHA Villas ka. Ye sirf overseas ke leeye beneficial nahi hoga balkay ye kisee bhi doosray sheher se islamabad move karnay waalon ke leeye informative hoga, sirf aap iss mein minority communicty ko bhool gaye jaisay ke aap ne Masjid ka zikr kya saath mein wahan church, mandir, imambargah bhi hein tu uss ka zikr bhi kar guzartay. But it was informative.

I am a bit confused on the layout of Bharia. We will be attending Westminister possibly and am looking at homes in Phase 8. But what is DHA?
Layout of the homes you mean or the housing scheme?Bahria has 5,7,8,10 marlas and 1/2 kanal houses. Dha1 has 1 kanal only while dha2 has 10 marla , 1 and 2 kanals...if that is what you were wondering about?

Islamabad has some really nice area (note that there is the main Islamabad and then you have areas in Rawalpindi which are technically classified as Islamabad like DHAs). International school wise there are many like Westminster, future world, Headstart and more...in Islamabad they are mainly in the H sector. A good place to start would be Zameen.com together with Google Maps to get an idea of rental prices and distance from schools. Let me know if you need more information 👍👍
Hassan Bhai, if your Cons are so much, arent the defence villa management upset with you. Maybe they might find it offensive as it will affect their business. Kindly advise on this
Well we live in a free world 🙂. I think on average this is still a good location to live in ...it has its merits ...the Cons exist and are patchable which i think others have done 👍👍...I was just making people aware of getting these fixed after they move. Many Thanks 👍

Hi Ammar, This year it was mostly around a 2 week period jis main every other day 3 sets if 2hrs were being load shedded so 6hrs a day...but then main ne UPS lagwa liya.. ironically us k baad bijli ziada gayee hi nahin 😁..but it was not too much I'd say....
@@hassanrafique Did you connect your AC on your UPS? and hw many hours a day have you been using AC during this summer?
@@ammarmuhammad9851 no we only use it on the mains...we use one AC in the night around 10 hrs then I use one in the day for my office around say 5 hrs (i turn it off now and then)...I will make a video after August on the summer electricity bills Many Thanks 👍

Im moving my family to G15 Islamabad. Just got a 10 marla house to 80k rent.
Good choice brother...that area is not far from Rawalpindi too and is good...saath Kashmir highway bhi hay for traveling up north 👍👍

Do you guys think G-15 is a good choice in comparison to Bahria town or Bahria enclave Islamabad? I am not asking if it's better choice, but is it not too bad than DHA/Bahria? For information, I am originally from KP and now want to move from France to Islamabad.

@@abdulmalik5852 To be honest with you Malik sahb its not too bad when comparing with DHA but i wouldn't recommend it for people moving from abroad. Yes it is better for commuting to Islambad central and Hazara KPK but quality of life is much much better in Behria DHA.

@@abdulmalik5852 I am from KP aswell but i live in Islamabad. I can answer your question better! Bahria enclave is beautiful but Malik riaz policies are problematic. He keeps on increasing maintenance charges, someday u might get a notice of 20 lacs rs development charges on an already developed house! So its my brotherly advice dont opt for any Bahria town. In summers if you will be running 4 ac your electricity bill will be 1.5 lac where as in any other sector of isb it would be 60k. So dont good for glam.
G15 is a great place to start of with, there are universities near by! All the Schools are near by.
If you want to build a house then opt for Naval Anchourage Islamabad opposite to dha but it comes before dha phase 2 or move to Dha. But dont go to any Bahria town.
If you want to get more close to Peshawar so do check out multi garden b17 sector.
State within state within state....
