Have a similar product to this and it never worked properly despite the manufacturer replacing parts and servicing it, I then replaced the bearings in the cam housing that engages the gears with sealed metal bearings, these were slightly larger than the plastic ones and there is no free play left in the system now so the gears engage properly, the machine now works as it should!
Good video. I think you forgot one inside bearing on second wheel side. I just need the long shaft as mine is worn
