When I was a hiring manager looking to hire software developers, the first thing I would do when I got a candidate's resume, or CV for my British friends, was to scan through and try fine a link to their GitHub profile.
When I found it, I would immediately put down the resume and start looking through their GitHub profile.
I would look to answer 2 basic questions:
How much stuff has this person built
and what technologies did they use to build that stuff
By customizing your GitHub profile you're giving potential employers more information about yourself, what technologies you've been using and what you've been building.

4:41 any idea how to change the top languages background color, do the stats auto update as things change, and does this work with light and dark modes??
well i dont Fing know why but i cant see my (Profile-Repositry) on my Overview i only can see the name of it and when you click on the profile repositry only then you can see the flashy Profile you can't see my repositry instantly on the Overview and i did everything like in this video
