That first dressing sounds delish + I never thot to put Mayo in a vinegrette, but both Mayo & Dijon would create an awesome emulsion! Love these & gonna need to get some Sundried Tomatoes. I'm with u, can never have too many tomatoes! Cooking ur own Tuna Steaks is simply BRILLIANT! Excellent way to cut sodium to nothing! U are really an impressive chef, Amber! Thanks so much! ❤
You are right, she is a very good cook and always makes the recipes easy to understand. She is straight forward and I have come to trust what she says!
Interesting recipes! I really want to try the first one, especially. Another great video and presentation. I liked your Bible verse today as well. God bless all here.
I love tuna pasta salad with black olives, celery, onion, peas, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and fresh cracked pepper. I have it on lettuce with sliced tomato and hard-boiled egg. I'll also swap out the tuna with crab or leftover baked chicken ❤❤. I can't wait to try these delicious looking recipes
Great idea! Amber is the 1st Chef I heard of to use fresh Tuna + it blew my mind! By looks of it, others have seen it before me. Great idea with low salt Lemon tho - maybe Mrs Dash or Trader Joe's?
@@FeedingtheByrds U can tell I'm a Baby Boomer & ur from a younger generation! While I know tuna doesn't come from a can, I've just never been exposed to cooking it like u did. My mouth hung open with a "Wow!" expression caught in it! 🎯💥💯💥❤️
We just made one of our favorite pasta salads this weekend and I said to myself I need to find some new pasta salad recipes. Can't wait to try these. They all look and sound delicious.
@@marymasiakowski5042 thank you. I'm doing okay. My last 2 wisdom teeth popped through last weekend and I can't get into the dentist till my birthday, June 5 and I don't see the neurologist till June 12 for the tumor on my left temporal lobe. We're praying when I go to the neurologist they won't find the tumor.
I'm curious how you can have enough dressing for the salads as it seems like such a small amount in relation to the ingredients. The salads are all very pretty!
@@sandybowman7140 I was born in Lansing. My dad was in the Air Force. My mom stayed in Michigan while my dad was in stationed in Hawaii. I have visited the lakes several years ago with my husband and children. It’s beautiful

My husband hates onions, chives, scallions...all the most wonderful things in the world. So, I blend it and he has no idea. Come to find out he likes the flavor, just not the texture.....He has no idea I add it to everything.
Vegetarian with bacon is my kinda vegetarian. 😂
😂
Hahahah! Same

that really sounds good
Oh yum!!!
I’m with you. Fresh tuna all the way. Makes tuna salads of all kind so memorable. A nice low salt lemon blend takes it to a higher level.

scrolling through youtube, you had me at pasta
Yes!!
If you chop/cut your peppers skin side down helps keeping knives from getting dull so quickly
Oh interesting!
I enjoy your videos so much!!!
I'm so glad!
I love salads, thanks.
Hope you enjoy
They look delicious! Thanks!
You are so welcome!

Oh it's the perfect amount so the pasta isn't swimming!
I’m going camping in June. I’m hoping to make ahead to take on our camping trip.
Yes!! Great idea
Love camping! U need to come to Michigan sometime - nothing like our Great Lakes & deep water fishing! ✋️🐦🙋♀️

cool
Turn your peppers around. easier to cut
Good tip!
😷💚
bacon dont count
Haha!
That would not be enough dressing for that tuna salad dish for me, barely any
Oh it's perfect!! That way the past isn't swimming. Soooo delicious
You mean a little more substantial…
Yes!
I don't care for anything made with peppers, grapes/raisins, olives or celery so I can't blame him
I get it!
