Actually the entire fall 95 tour was incredible! Thankfully, I was at the right age that I was able to see every show on the tour!! Get this, down south for the Florida shows, you could walk right up to the box office and grab a ticket if you couldn't find one on the lot....including the Orlando show. Such an incredible time. And man were they sooooo good!
Matt Wright me too! Sounds cliche (as does me saying that it sounds cliche 😂), but this was a WONDERFUL time to be young and alive. Traveling all over the country seeing shows, seeing the country, meeting people....just pure awesomeness
Huh? Y u say that like its absolutely unheard of lol? I walked up to the box office at Blossom and Pine Knob this summer tour and bought my GA ticket. Even got an actual ticket stub at Blossom cause I had left my phone in the car. But I think I know what you mean, I miss actually holding the ticket in my hand as well. Fyi, yes I left my phone in the car intentionally. I've still to this day never filmed anything at a show. I understand the mentality of wanting to keep a memory of the evening, but I can't do it based on how much it upsets me that so many people do it. Ive even had people get mildly upset because I danced into their frame before lmao. That's bold of THEM if you ask me.✌
I was at this show back in my early 20s and it was a killer time for me and our loss of Jerry Garcia was very hard for me, but they really lifted me off the ground 💔 and there's only 400 of us in the audience. What a killer show 👏
As Tuco said, "TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT!!!" '94 was probably the band's musical peak, but they clearly sustained that insanely high level of musicianship throughout 1995.
there was such an amazing exciting energy back then, between the boys and between us and them. glad i got to be part of it. 93-97 will always be my favorite era. looking back at my stupid reasons for never going full tour rat makes me laugh now. oooh! can't lose that amazing $16pr/hr job! rofl! whata dumbass...
They were full of energy and the timing was tight. The anticipation of the next song was almost too much! The first notes of a gem would come out at the exit of a epic skyscraper and tears of joy would fall. A good show would leave the crowd speechless upon exiting. Jaws were dropped. I would ask myself "did that really just happen?" I would be grinning from ear to ear waiting in my seat for the crowd to exit feeling content. My first show was Deercreek 95 with 7th row tickets at 15 years old. Ha! Well of course I was hooked and by Big Cypress I had become a full blown Phish head with stripes. It was one hell of a ride. I've seen them a few times since then but I have never felt the energy I felt from 95 to 2000. This clip has got me feeling old and nostalgic with a slight feeling of wisdom. I'm a little high as well, ha!
Well said lad...I was all over the country the same years, my favorite were 10/22/96, 12/29 and 12/30/97, 4/2/98, 8/9/98 11/27/98 and Vegas 2000...I loved them all though....
It was for discovering Phish and touring. Although no Internet thus no TH-cam and no way to enjoy this without being there or knowing a tapper. I agree I miss the darkness in the crowd, albeit now glow sticks and phones
I was a sophomore at Syracuse and got to catch a bunch of winter 95 in the northeast corridor. I was at this one. Very few memories of this one but I think it may be the smallest venue of all my shows?
that is the dumbest comment i've ever read in like 17 years on youtube. congratulations. phish fans say stupid things but that is imaginatively stupid. wow.
And thus better music as music is a reflection of the times. My I listened to some stuff from 2013 and it doesn't have the same vitality of this. I thought I was just getting old. Nope. No more "get your hay out of my hole" jams anymore. What a shame.
Dunn Diego, these guys look like they are going to prom compared to the phans wearing God awful ugly patch no work in my life pant/shorts. Strutting around like they are at a phashion show for dreads.
ReginaldWMack Are you serious? How many shows have you been to in the last few years? They have been kicking some SERIOUS ass and busting out some of the best jams of their career!
When Bag had some teeth.

Briandrum I walked up to the box office and bought a ticket for this show right before I walked in. 👍

And '97 will forever be associated with Phish's funk fascination that resulted in dope 2nd set dance parties damn near every night.🎶
93 imo was their best year
The boys looking good and sounding tight. Practice, we talkin' bout practice.
That drop from Curtain > Bag- PERFECT
indeedily
oh yeah
God damn that curtain is just too good!!
Damn that was such a great year.

well i went and now i make 16ph im such a dumb ass now and forever
'95 was indeed Phish's musical peak, Mr. Bob Leonard. Congratulations. You are correct!
They were in the groove
The amount of times I listened to this cassette is outrageous...my favorite slave ever
Who new one note could stir that kind of energy. Amazing!!!!
CK5 has seriously stepped up his game since 95
The fire days!!!!
2nd show. Beautiful trip down memory lane 24 years ago today!
Shows like this is why Phish became PHISH.
Confirmed
Sick as hell there hay day love it!!!!! Phish forever amen!!!!!!
This was my first Phish show! Drove in from Toronto with friends.
Mine too!!
So good. Thanks for sharing
The bag was a pleasant surprise. The demand was amazing. Haven’t heard that in years if not a decade.
Love the chess board in the background. Also, that beard that ate Trey's face is kinda scary.

that segue from curtain to bag is flawless
2nd show, front row fish side...hells yes!
Not a single smart phone or camera visible. The good 'ol days.
To be fair for the amount of smart phones you’ll see at any other concert it’s pretty limited at a phish show! :)
This is being filmed on a camera.
Wow. How fucking cool is this?
holy *%!$ that segue from Curtain > AC/DC was so tight it would turn coal to diamond.
Jim Biviano yes def at least as tight as a dolphins butthole...... water tight!
So much like on this video.
What a great show. Thanks for the memories! I can't wait for the CD!
THE BEARD!
Awesome!
Ahh, the stripey pants days! Good times!
lol at Trey's pants and then realize that he is probably the best-dressed one :)
Thanks !
I remember those pants!
omg tightness
Jennifer Brown I was just saying the same exact thing to myself
Mike's Song FTW! A must listen
It was for discovering Phish and touring. Although no Internet thus no TH-cam and no way to enjoy this without being there or knowing a tapper. I agree I miss the darkness in the crowd, albeit now glow sticks and phones
I miss sleeveless Trey and neon sweat pant Mike.
Jarrod Krieger Sleeveless T: it’s gonna be a good show 😊
Ahhhh. When i lost face in Providence during a chess move. Classic
I was at this show! 26 years ago, where does the time go?
first show
DEMAND!!!!
AC/DC Bag :) :)
Oh fuck yeah
December 95 is the best phish.
Bob Leonard def at least in the top 12 months of that year. Without a doubt
1994 by a nose
I was a sophomore at Syracuse and got to catch a bunch of winter 95 in the northeast corridor. I was at this one. Very few memories of this one but I think it may be the smallest venue of all my shows?
Dang!
Monument
Likey-Like
garfield is a cartoon cat.
Scony Mack I disagree phish is definitely the best band ever! Wait what are we talking about I'm so fucking stoned man.....
LOL @ the smartphone comment some people are on there phone for a entire phish show haha not me
Check out the Down with Disease from 12/1/95. CK was fine. If anything, he's too hyper these days -- writing checks that Trey can't cash
that is the dumbest comment i've ever read in like 17 years on youtube. congratulations. phish fans say stupid things but that is imaginatively stupid. wow.
No, it's Trey's second Languedoc guitar. Different pickups then his other guitars.
but they smell so good!
October Phish wasn't bad either!! Ha ha ha ha ha :)
Two nights later is where legends were made
SSstudios919 I'm sure what ever you are referring to is awesome as it is phish circa 1995 but the legends were made long before that.
my love of these guys has waned a lot over the years but I always like curtain

Mike stole Angus Young's outfit!
From the "Freak Fashion" era....
Dunn Diego, these guys look like they are going to prom compared to the phans wearing God awful ugly patch no work in my life pant/shorts. Strutting around like they are at a phashion show for dreads.
Chess, anybody?
second lol
first lol
Ahh the good ole days... long before Phish sold out and went corporate
Anthony Pennington purely ONE-DIMENSIONALl, now they're just another ONE DIRECTION. Anna Reckdeik
ReginaldWMack
Are you serious? How many shows have you been to in the last few years? They have been kicking some SERIOUS ass and busting out some of the best jams of their career!

Not enough room in handicapped section.
