I am indescribable happy that the track is a as long as it is. Best damn song in the game and one of the best video game tracks ever. Sometimes put this game on, lose a race and then leave the music on while eating.
Holy crap. I agree, this is really long for such a simple theme. Clearly the composer didn't know exactly where each track was going. Impressive Mickey's Speedway.
They must've wanted to use this for a course in the N64 version at some point in production, because this plays on the Seattle course in the GBC version.
Not importantly because the GBC version came after the N64 I think or maybe they were being developed at the same time but they thought let's make something different for the GBC and not be a complete port of the N64 with all songs in the same places
I remember playing this game when I couldn't even read yet and I just guessed what option to choose in the results... classic.

This song is still just as good as it was when I was 8. Hahaha
As a kid listening to this song trying to free style in this was fun with a few friends and I myself lol miss those days

I really think this would be good music for an ending to a TH-cam video.
Super groovy track!
Rare always had very nice composers for their games.
Fun Fact : They stole tiny part from Sir Duke song.
@@DonkeykongSw2 Cool, didn't notice! In what part of the track?
