    Quivering is correct. This was tough. You've literally changed how I workout, I wasn't someone who could really push through the burning of my muscles during a workout, but I find myself doing one extra rep, holding one extra second more each workout. Im so thrilled to see the change mentally!

    Just finished with the workout….I felt my soul leaving my body during those wall sits, had to drop the dumbbell before I collapsed along with it. Caroline towards the end, my favourite part, *THE FINISHER* where we both die 😆 Leg days are always my favourite, I loved how hard my quads & calves worked and I feel so good already!! I used a pair of 15kgs throughout. New week, new energy ⭐️ Thanks Caroline, hope you’ve a great Monday!!

    I think that was the hardest leg workout ever! I wanted to quit a few times... I had to take extra long breaks but I'm thankful I finished it!

    I thought about skipping this workout today because I barely got any sleep last night, but I still went ahead and started it. I honestly wanted to quit in the first few minutes because my body just didn't want to cooperate, but I just lowered the weights a bit, pushed through and felt amazing by the end of it. You changed my life Caroline, a few months ago I could only dream of having the sort of discipline I have now, but thanks to you I feel like I can do anything as long as I just keep pushing. Thank you for all that you do ❤️ (and now I'm gonna go for a well deserved snooze sesh😆)

      Good for you! I’m exhausted but you’ve motivated me to get it done today too. I figure even if I have to lower weights or take breaks on certain days the main thing is showing up to keep it consistent

    I was “quivering” by the time we were 40% through; and I mean my entire body was quivering not just my calves and quads. By the end, my soul was quivering. But dang if I don’t feel fantastically wonderful and proud once I’m done! Amazing job to everyone who did this workout, one of the hardest I have done!

      Morning, Matthew. This week looks crazy, can't wait for upper body complexes and burpee blast on sunday. Actually I am so excited for every single session this week. This was INTENSE! My quads were burning and shaking since the beginning. Absolutely loved all the squat variations and the calves portion was so good! Wall sits were crazy, I had to drop the weight and do bodyweight the second round like Caroline. Bulgarians are always hard, especially if they are placed in the last 5 min of the workout. The finisher🥵🥵🥵🥵 those pulses got me🔥 The abs add-on was a burner as well. I think everyone will love this one, it is one of my favourite quad workouts we ever did!!

    Holy Moly - I tend to think I’ve strong calves due to all the cycling…😂 again disproved !! Vibrating like a needle on the record or whatttt!! The time under tension on the pulsing & pausing really does make a difference. Right now for the cycle ride to work, wish me luck! 🤣 Have a great workout everyone.     I think leg days are my favourite of Caroline’s workouts. While they’re super challenging and intense - they’re doable. I feel equally exhausted and successful afterwards! 😁

    I had a limited amount of time to workout today so I told myself I couldn’t pause this video and take longer breaks. That was…challenging. Proud of myself for getting through it & using my 20 pound dumbbells for the entire workout for the first time! Definitely not amazingly heavy (especially compared to what Caroline does) but a drastic improvement from only being able to do body weight a year ago! Thanks Caroline for changing the way I work out❤️

    Finished! What a sweat this was! Those heel elevated squats killed my legs. The time fly by real quick like Caroline said...after I did an old video of Caroline Plank and Wall sit challenge just to be sure that I was exhausted. Thx again Caroline for being here for us.     Almost 1am on my side of the world at this premiere. When I wake up it’s going down 🔥🔥. I can already tell those Bulgarian lunges are going to take some serious determination 🥵. Have a great workout everyone!
    Workout completed..The Bulgarian lunges we’re definitely super tough and Caroline finishes the legs off with a super burner finisher 🔥🔥. Once again Caroline brilliantly finessed this workout to leave me lying on the floor but with a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Enjoy the workout everyone!

      @@matthewalmond4688 Hey Mathew those wall sits and calf raises were a sneaky burn. I didn’t expect it to burn as much as it did. And then of course the Bulgarian lunges especially the body weight pulses and the finisher were the burn highlight of the workout for me 🥵🔥😩. Caroline is brilliant as usual with her workouts.     Amazing exercises! Thank you so much Caroline. I love this Epic III. I did Epic I and II, but Epic III is by far my favorite. I should say I'm past my fifties and now I can exercise without having back pain. I'm so grateful to you for keeping me in shape.

    I really love how raw Caroline's videos are. she doesn't cut out the parts where she takes breaks! this made me realize that taking little breaks are not bad and are often necessary to give it your all. I often find that sometimes in the middle of a set, my legs completely give out and I literally cannot perform any more reps without taking a quick breather

    Happy Monday All! I am so ready for week three. I am getting better with each EPIC program because I know what works for me. I now have a smoothie shake before my workouts. Today, I wore 2lb and 5lb wrist and ankle weights but only used bodyweight for the supersets. I love that in EPIC III Caroline is giving us more ab work for our add ons. Did it. Also doing 20 minutes of stretching after every workout. The warm-up before and stretching after make such a difference. Loving EPIC 3 coach! Caroline and everyone have a great week!

    That was really good. Great variety of exercises…felt like the time flew by. I still don’t enjoy leg days but I don’t dread them like I used to. My legs are getting so much stronger. Thank you Caroline!!!

    8.7.24 did for the fourth time. Absolute killer. Hitting real depth in heel elevated squats now (thanks to this and also malasana pose in Charlie Follows yoga... the two styles of training complement each other perfectly). Can't say I enjoyed it 🥺 but so glad I did it. Thanks for a brilliant workout. ❤

    Hi Caroline, it was intense leg workout . It was superbly planned workout. It was getting delayed difficult to pause while doing elevated pause squat. Loved it .Thank you so much.

    This was amazingly intense. Few pauses needed in the finisher which is exactly how it should be. The 4 x 4 abs add on seemed much harder today too and needed some pauses in that even though I've done it many times. Shows how much the abs and core must have worked throughout the leg session without us even realising. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I am absolutely loving EPIC III! I particularly like the alternating week themed nature of the program - I can actually feel myself getting stronger in the 13 months I've been doing your programs. I'm able to keep up with my grands (ages 2-6) and go hiking and climbing with my own kids. Well, more hiking than climbing but with the strength I'm gaining I'll soon be climbing more

    You did not disappoint in saying it was a quad quivering work out Caroline! Those wall sits - ooft my goodness! Had to really have some self talking to during that work out! REally enjoyed the supersets (even if I did have to take a longer break sometimes to catch my breath)!! EPIC III certainly is not disappointing in challenging me!!!

      Repeated this one today - and it was just as tough. I only used 10kg each and my legs were struggling. Today was the first day I really missed having Caroline working out at the same time, same program.

    My legs and calves were QUIVERING alright!!😆 Basically the entire time! 👊🏻 You have really taught me to love those heel elevated squats. Such a great exercise with all its variations. I throughly enjoyed this challenge. The supersets were paired perfectly. That calf section was total 🔥🔥🔥! The wall sits were KILLER. My legs and calves were quivering and shaking almost non-stop at the wall! Loved the Bulgarians and all the half-reps throughout were aweome and really burnt out the legs. The bodyweight definitely did not make the exercises easier😆. Did this workout with my husband and our legs were done for by the end. I will be feeling this workout the rest of the day. After completing the calf portion I nearly passed out while doing those wall sits w. calve raise plus holds! 😂🤣🤪 I was very much looking forward to do the bodyweight Bulgarian's superset (I swear my weights doubled at that point!😂) ... the burn was real! 😆🔥🔥🔥

    Hi Caroline! Thanks for this epic quivering quads workout(I love that name)! I just finished and loved it!
    I am born with genetics that make my calves large enough as it is, so I replaced the calves exercises with some cable ab crunches, since defined abs are an aesthetic goal of mine :) just throwing that out there for anyone who may be like me and doesn’t like doing isolation work for the calves;) thanks again, Caroline!     Hi Caroline, I am obsessed with your workouts!! I started with epic 1, and kept going. Your workouts are so challenging. When I started I couldn’t do one push up, and I was only using 5lb weights. Now I love push-ups and I’m working with 25lb dumbbells. I just wanted to say thanks for such incredible content.     oh wow this is SOLID! I used 25lbs weights thinking maybe I won't be challenging myself enough, turned out I could actually barely handle this much weights!!! Feeling so happy that to get this done. Caroline was right! This workout did feel like go by pretty fast. But fun! Love it!!

    Thank you for including the calves in this workout as i often forget to train them and i honestly thought they were going to split! I was so relieved when we did the second wallsit superset without the weight but still had pause a few times. My form on the lunges and squats and the ability to continue when my legs are burning has improved lots!

    Every Friday I peel a layer of my skin and it hurts! It is sweating, painful and the most difficult day of the weak. I mentally prepare myself for it and what keeps me going is to be able to write this comment. At first I thought of this being more calf focused and I really want to burn my quads but then I told myself to wait as there is no better balance than in your workouts.

    I have done a million home workouts. But this is hands down the most effective quads and calves one ever. They are Screaming by the halfway mark. And I LOVE wall sits, thank you! Extra challenging with the calf raise

    Wow! I forgot how challenging this workout was. I used 30lbs for the duration. Bulgarian lunges were brutal and all of the half reps. That finisher killed my legs.

    I am starting to like Epic III more now after Friday full body, yesterday’s Tabata and this awesome leg session today. Nothing like last weeks leg day when I thought I was going to die half way through, but still hard work today and such an awesome feeling after! Did I feel these half way BW squats and wall sits 🥵 way to go team CG! 🤩

    I have the frustratingly good problem of finding these workouts EASY at the heaviest weight i have. In epic 1 i struggled with 10-15 lbs on leg day and now my 20s don't cut it! Just proves how much stronger i have become!

    Omg!!! My quads were shaking so bad and calves so hard. Was ready to quit 5 mins in but pushed through even with some modification (1 dumbbell instead of 2) the only way I made it through. Thanks Caroline.
